Helpful customer service

I was having trouble signing in and was helped with kindness and respect. Even when I wanted to cancel my subscription, the customer support team was very helpful.

In a 3.5 year, long-distance, serious relationship- this app has done wonders

I’ve been using the AI assistant for texting and even just how to generally respond to my boyfriend. We’ve been together for 3.5 years and I started using Affemity in January of 2026 because I realized my approach to my boyfriend was maybe a little too direct and blunt (oldest, eldest daughter here LOL). Also, I realized I didn’t know how to speak life and encouragement into him in a way that he would receive it well. I thought, being a licensed counselor, I wouldn’t have a problem with communication HA. Since using the app, I’ve noticed major, beautiful changes, not just in our interactions and communication, but how he’s received me and how my mindset has shifted towards him and the confidence in myself to approach topics confidently and firmly but also softly and supportively. It helps that he’s a good man lol but something else opened up after I started using the assistance. It’s been 4 months now and I’ve gone from using the AI assistant every day to maybe 2-3 times a week; sometimes less! Which I think speaks volumes to this tool. My boyfriend and I have navigated the mundane and also heavy conversations. The app encourages me to learn better speaking tools AND trust my ability to use those tools, so I don’t have to rely on something else forever. So grateful I came across Affemity this year. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I like this app a lot

I like this app a lot, but it doesn’t give instant results. You’ll get the most out of it if you use it regularly for a few weeks. But the product quality itself is really great.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! It is impossible to cancel and they keep charging you. I tried customer service but they got mad at me when I left negative feedback via the text that was auto-generated to me. I am about to give up and cancel my credit card. They are horrible. Don't stress yourself out risking the chance you'll have to deal with their customer service. The service isn't worth it.

Coaching sessions with Anna are really good

Coaching sessions with Anna are really good. She is skilled, friendly, and down-to-earth. I always leave with at least one “oh wow, that’s true” moment and a few small things to try. The only downside is that it can be hard to find a time that works for me, so I can’t book as often as I’d like.

Great app

Great app, except all the valuable knowledge I got from there (I start every day with their practical exercises and then go on reading some really valuable articles) their support is really helpful - they helped me solve my issue immediately, giving me some great solutions to my problems.
I highly recommend the app for everyone struggling with their lovelife but also to those who want to understand their mechanisms better and work on them :)

Highly responsive customer service…

highly responsive customer service person (alexandra). I reached out about a confusion with the billing - honestly expected to have to write many times to figure it out (like with most companies) but was pleasantly surprised - this rep responded within an hour !!! And it was evidently a real person, not a bot. We had a few quick emails to sort it out, they were fully knowledgeable on the details and exactly how to resolve the situation. I was very impressed. Especially as they are overseas - whereas I was recently on hold for two hours with a local financial company.
