Excellent customer service throughout
Took my father in law to watch the Bournemouth West Ham Game. He’s in a wheelchair and the accessibility team could not be faulted for their excellent customer care. They moved his seat to the platform viewing and had dedicated staff serving tea/coffee throughout. The door staff and security were friendly and efficient. In particular I’d like to thank John who I rang beforehand (more than a few times!) and who helped sort everything for us. I liked that he even came over and said hello when we were seated as it was lovely to put a name to a face
