Terrible service

Terrible service, stay way! The reimbursement process is next level untransparent, you get reimbursed less for the same service/provider for no obvious reason or clear explanation. It is not possible to reach out to them and complain, they do not reply to your messages or their phone at all. Switched to another insurer because of this,

TERRIBLE!

That's almost a scam company dont do business with them, they never reply or answer phone, they are very arrogant and do illegal practices to screw users up.

TERRIBLE! Cant wait to get rid of them.

Very bad

Very bad, I changed my plan in January, it still debiting a high value. There is one payment appearing as non paid, but it was debited!
I received one email and it said I could simply respond to it, and now I need to login to get more information, and there is not an app!!

Go to a provider that cares about your health

They simply don't come back to you. I have been waiting nearly a month to simply start my health plan with them, and they have not been responding to my outreaches for updates. The result is that my prescription medication from the UK has run out since moving here and I am experiencing terrible side effects. I have requested they cancel my application and they aren't even responding to that.

Aevitae.com - not the best insurer.

I've changed employers and by Dutch law, you can move to the groups insurance (collective verzekering) Aevitae, despite several requests did not want to move my family to the new insurer. They don't take responsibility and keep pointing to my new insurer as it is their problem. If this is not fixed it will cost me thousands of euro's. Customer Service is not something they do or understand
