The Team at Aesthetics of Essex (Maldon) are incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. I have had Morpheus 8 treatments with Lillie, she explained everything to me about the procedure, prior to having it. She was also very honest on expectations of the results, which I appreciated. I am now at the end of the three sessions and am very happy with the results so far. I would definitely recommend A of E, to friends and will be going back for other treatments.

From start to finish my surgery for eyelid surgery could not have gone any better. Thank you Ricardo Tejero and Amy for making me feel very comfortable during the procedure. All staff at the clinic are friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

Not a good experience. I was quoted £600 by the surgeon for keloid removal during my consultation and was told to undergo treatment on the scar beforehand.

After two months of treatment, on the day of my final session, the same surgeon increased the price to £900 for a small keloid. When I questioned this, reception said they would speak with him and would get back to me but never did.

When I followed up, I was simply told £900 is the price and it cannot be reduced. Poor communication and inconsistent pricing.

I had a mole corrected that I burnt myself 🙈 the company were great at reassuring me and getting me the results I wanted. Dr Ricardo and another dr of the team were amazing. I would definitely use them again maybe look into laser and Botox in the future. They are professional and kind and no there stuff.

Very professional and helpful from initial appointment and consultation through to minor op for brow lift and the after surgery support. Consultant Ricardo Tejero was very knowledgeable and discussed options relevant to the procedure.

Where to start. After a previously bad experience with another professional I came here to start the process of removing my lip blush. Chloe has given me the best Information, realistic expectations, and got me seen quickly as requested. She was full of knowledge and reassurance. For the first time in 2 years I felt positive. Iv had my first treatment and will be having as many as needed. Don't take a risk going to anyone else. I'd be the first to say if I had any doubt and to add the price is reasonable there's parking great location. I'll be updating with my final results. Thank you chloe for helping me with my lips and my loop of thoughts that came with it! I also got a cute after care pack in a sweet bag :)

I recently had lipoma removal surgery with Surgeon Ricardo, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. From the moment I met him, professionalism and genuine care put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the procedure, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. His skill, precision, and reassuring presence truly made me feel in safe hands, and I felt completely confident throughout the entire process.

Amy - was simply amazing. Not only was she incredibly friendly and attentive, but the way she kept me engaged in conversation was so important, especially for someone like me who isn't great with surgery or a bit scared of needles and blood. Her ability to keep me calm, distracted, and at ease during the procedure made all the difference. You truly deserve an award for your incredible care and empathy, Amy! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her support.
I am beyond grateful for their outstanding care, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering surgery. They are an exceptional team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Just had my second treatment of profilo done with Amy and the results are amazing. Amy's lovely and friendly she talked me through the treatment and made me feel at ease. Friendly and welcoming clinic. All the staff are very helpful with any questions asked. Highly recommend.

Hannah was again fabulous as always, her attention to detail is second to none, she has a fantastic bed side manner and is so caring and kind, she always shows a genuine interest in you as a person as well as a client. Harriet and Kayleigh have always been equally as kind and helpful in their email responses, it’s the little kind things that people do along the way that matter most and the staff at Anestetics of Essex have all been very well picked to match this. I have visited all 3 clinics now and I have had a very positive experience at all 3. Im so glad we found Hannah and this company as we now wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I have recently changed to Aesthetics of Essex and have been so pleased with my appointments. I have had Botox, and it has really worked well with no discomfort or bruising, Hannah is amazing, and I will be a customer for a long time to come.

Both of us had treatment to remove moles and skin tags. On first consultation, everything was explained carefully and in full which put us both at ease. On the date of our appointment we were met by Hannah and Dawn who put us at ease with their professionalism and friendliness. The room where the treatment was given was scrupulously clean, comfortable and airy.

The treatment itself was relatively painless and was carried out in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Hannah explained everything whilst carrying out the procedure which was completed without any complications and aftercare advice was given succinctly.

We are going back next month for a progress check-up and, all being well, we would have no hesitation in returning for further treatment should it be necessary at some time in the future.

Do not use this company. I had Botox of the forehead. Not only was they very pushy for me to have other areas done on my visit they didn't even do the job I paid for. 3 weeks later and my head has had no change. They see this and tried to claim it had worked an that I need to pay for a top up. If anyone wants pictures for proof then please feel free to inbox me. Coral Mitchell was the nurse. Avoid. Do not waste your money.

Update. The company (Amanda Stokes) have contracted me with insults an tried to bribe me with a contract saying I can't share my experience of them. Naturally I refused and in the process of contacting trading standards.
