Unhappy with experience here

I was welcomed with a smile as soon as I walked into the premises which for me was a great start.The environment inside was really calm and relaxing with a clean aromatherapy fragrance in the air to promote the energy within the building.The receptionist kindly booked me in and then took me in to the relaxation room which had a great space to increase relaxation adding spirit and warmth to my visit. I was also offered some free beverages while waiting for my treatment. Once in the treatment room, I was given lots of advice on the products that Louise was using and the benefits of using this particular treatment and the differences this would make to my skin . I enjoyed whole process in the clinic as much as I enjoyed the results. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who just wants to feel good.

Fantastic treatments and training I have been a client of Louise’s for some time and also a student . Her attention to detail is excellent . Friendly and always on hand to answer any queries I have put the date of my last course but I have been a client of Louise’s for about 5 years . The locations are spotless too with friendly staff . Highly recommended. Louise also helped me with an anxiety I had over performing a particular treatment too . That was amazing and now perform it confidently and I will be forever grateful for that.

Amazing experience! .. The salon itself far exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in we were blown away .. the evening spa was everything and more . For the price we were expecting a lower quality evening but wow blown away . I’m really not sure how the team managed to make us feel so at ease , comfortable and yet were so professional at the same time .
One of the cleanest salons Iv ever set foot in .

Wow wow wow, when you step into aesthetica skin clinic, you’ll be taken aback. The clinic has been completed to a high spec, the cleanliness and modernness is really beautiful throughout the whole building and the rooms are so relaxing and calming to have treatments in.
I was offered a complimentary coffee, with a biscuit upon arrival which is a lovely touch.

Over the space of a year, I was having monthly PRP treatments with Louise on my face to help reduce scarring, she was extremely knowledgeable and this was a must for me! I wanted someone who was highly trained due to it being my face. She talked me through the whole procedure, every fine detail, and it was really interesting being able to learn about it! I also had skin peels and the lamps for after I had treatments which helps with healing.
The scarring has practically gone now, and I feel 100% more confident within myself.

I’ve returned many times to aesthetica skin clinic.
I have had Russian technique lip filler, Botox, cheek filler, jaw and chin filler, and non surgical rhinoplasty. I cannot fault Louise, she is genuinely incredible at what she does, I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

Aesthetica skin clinic hold model training days with very competitive prices, which I have also attended before, and I’ve never felt more safe during these treatments with Louise watching over her trainees, guiding and helping them.

Louise is very talented and confident within her profession. My first time having any type of aesthetics was a little worrying but Louise made me feel very comfortable and at ease. 5star treatment highly recommend. Reasonable prices for a great service.

A very calm and relaxing setting, I ve had a few different treatments I am also super impressed at there talents but also how helpful and knowledgeable everyone is. A very friendly and professional business.

Absolute 10/10. Treatments and care are done to the highest standard. We were made to feel very comfortable. All questions were answered. We were talked through all treatments needed and wanted. virtually pain-free as advertised. excellent after-care.

Great range of treatments. Staff are welcoming and Louise is very professional and knowledgeable whilst doing treatments. The clinic is clean and I always look forward to going there!
