Very compact product
Very compact product. BUT be aware it is polarity dependant, nothing in the instructions said this, it's not a major problem but I would have liked to have known beforehand as it didn't work at first and took time to fathom why.

Quick & efficient, but wrong goods despatched
Service was quick and efficient, but the goods sent were not as advertised. I ordered 4 of the switched LED Labcraft lights. I was delivered 4 of the non-switchable Labcraft lights instead.
An excellent follow-up call explained their website and accompanying photos were wrong - showing the goods as a switchable unit. I appreciated the call and their assurance they will correct the website.
