I had an excellent experience with Aero Travels, and in particular Marcus, who looked after everything from start to finish.

He was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire booking process. He took the time to guide me through every step, explained where to find everything I needed, and made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.

His communication and customer service were outstanding, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Aero Travels and Marcus to anyone looking for a first-class travel booking experience.

My experience was very well, Alyssa was so understanding and honestly felt like speaking to a friend, she fixed any issues I had and checked us in when we asked her.

Alyssa was quite helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my flights were booked according to my preference and within Budget. As a result I have also referred my cousin to her.

We had a very disappointing experience with Aero Travels due to their poor customer service.

After our booking was handed over from a previous staff member to Ms. Sara, it became almost impossible to get any assistance. She did not answer a single one of our phone calls, making it extremely frustrating whenever we needed support.

When we encountered a serious baggage issue at Gatwick Airport, we contacted Ms. Sara for help. Unfortunately, she was not willing to listen to our concerns or offer any assistance. When I asked to speak to a senior member of staff or requested the contact details of a manager, she was unable or unwilling to provide them.

Good travel agents should be available to support their customers, especially when unexpected issues arise during travel. Sadly, that was not our experience with Aero Travels.

Based on the customer service we received, we will not be booking our tickets through Aero Travels again, and we cannot recommend their services to others.

Alyssa was very helpful with assisting me with booking my tickets.

I recently had an emergency trip to South Africa, Cape Town and only had a few days to arrange a return flight. I struggled to get my own which was in budget and needed help.
