Don't buy unlimited data plan

I've bought unlimited data plan. Unfortunately, I can't say it was unlimited at all - after around 3 GB usage a day, the speed was limited to around 0.2 Mbps. At this speed, internet is unusable at all - instead of secods, everything takes minutes or more. I needed to buy another data package, because I couldn't use internet at all. This shouldn't be the case with unlimited data plan. Of course, I was aware, that the speed will be limited after given usage, but such drop of quality is unacceptable
