I bought a premium glass Aeropress

I bought a premium glass Aeropress. After a 2 or 3 uses it started leaking. I wrote the company and asked for a replacement. They did reply after a week but did not send a replacement. They claim to have supply issues yet they are still selling the product. After a month, I requested a refund. It's been a week and they have not replied.

No customer service to speak of

No customer service to speak of. I messaged to cancel my order in less than an hour after placing and their AI chatbot assured me there was still enough time to do so and that a rep would reach out to me. I followed up a day later and it said it's too late to cancel. Seems like that is their strategy, to run out the clock so you can't do anything. They should save the money they spend on influencers to hawk their product and hire an actual team of customer service reps!

Sell used products as new.

They sell used products as new. Ordered an aeropress premium from them, they sent me one that was clearly used and returned by someone else. Plunger heavily scratched up. It took them nearly a week to get it and there's no option for faster shipping. Garbage company.

Hope it will let me upload photos after I post this so I can show you the damage. Don't buy it.

I really don't like their lack of shipping options. You're looking at at least a week maybe longer to have an aeropress shipped and delivered. It's horrible. Awful.

Customer service replies are AI and useless

I contacted their customer service through the contact form on their website, I was asking why it cost so much to ship a replacement cap for the Aero Press XL to Spain. I also asked if a part, a replacement cap for the Aerobie, sold on Amazon EU was a suitable substitute.
The company wanted $25.23 to ship the replacement filter cap, basically a small piece of plastic, but I found out if you order one of their coffee makers it is the same cost for shipping. Which is insane as it is a much larger package and much more expensive item. This shipping cost is without duties taxes and fees, which is another $23.35 regardless of the price of the item purchased. I know this because I put several things into individual baskets and the taxes etc ... were all the same. They are blaming the cost on the US postal service.

When I inquired about the shipping costs, the reply from customer service was AI generated and of no help. They informed me that Amazon EU does not sell their products or replacement parts. Which is strange as I originally bought the Aeropress XL from Amazon EU!
In the response to my quires, there was also a store locator link to see if I could source the part from somewhere else. When I entered the country I live in, Spain, a number of coffee distributors and sellers were listed, but none of the locations listed stocked their product.
I have send a response to an email asking rate the service I said I was unhappy with the AI generated reply to my initial inquiry but have as yet to get a response to that.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Super messy, the coffee tastes horrible, they have horrible and I mean horrible customer service. You can't return it unless it's' unopened? How would anyone know if they like it without using it? Also it's incredibly dangerous to pour steaming hot water into plastic, BPA free or not (and I dont see anywhere saying it's BPA free). DO NOT BUY!! AVOID!!
