I have been contacting you all since September 6th 2025 and haven’t got the issue resolved. My redemption is limbo of $148 and the site I used can’t help me because you all have stopped responding cold turkey. The customer service needs to be improved because you all are causing these sites to lose money.

My name is Leonard Matos and I been sending emails to ask to change my email on file and nobody responds to them.. I sent the email to their support and still no response … 09/11/25 update still not receiving the 6 digit code to get my money from prize picks… this is getting daunting

I have been messaging Aeropay Team for the past 2 weeks. I’ve asked many times to process 1 transaction. Still waiting for them to retry to process the payment. They even sent emails saying they would work on it in 3 days or 48 hours. Nothing has been done.

Do not use this service they do not respond and you have a better chance of hitting the lottery 5 times before you get help from support. Do not deposit on anything using areopay they will accept it but makes it extremely difficult to get money sent to you. It's funny I post a negative review and get a response from areopay but they still ain't respond from my email for account changes like I said don't use them they customer service is non acceptable

The support won’t do their job at all. I have money in my account and I can’t purchase anything. Unfortunately due to this horrible payment processor I can’t buy from my favorite store

Horrible and confusing customer service, could not answer any questions about linking an account and then goes to the third party who required I use Aeropay in the first place, violates my privacy by disclosing my personal bank information then closes my account and blocks all transactions without any explanation. 0/10 I will NOT use a service if they use aeropay.

HORRIBLE Just Horrible, Support is trash. Funny enough i didn’t even get to experience the site it stopped sending SMS verification codes and all of a sudden i can’t even get anyone in my house to make an account the SMS codes will NOT FKN SEND. Customer support sent an automated email suggesting i refresh my page lol.

GIVE THEM 0 STARS THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE.
I MAKE ALL MY DEPOSITS THROUGH APPLE PAY AND NOW MY ACCOUNT IS DISABLED DUE TO UNRESOLVED PAYMENT? HOW? THE MONEY INSTANTLY COMES OUT OF MY APPLE PAY. NOW I CANT GET MY MONEY OUT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE MONEY IS INVOLVED IS THE SHADIEST THING IVE EVER HEARD. AEROPAY I HOPE THIS COMPANY FAILS SO HARD

Why is it so easy to deposit money but so difficult to withdrawal…. I don’t understand this system I’ve been waiting days for my account to be freed up so i can cash out my winnings. They withdrew the money out of my account but the aeropay account still says declined no update at all. Prize picks should not partner with them anymore. If I don’t get my money I will use every cent I have to sue every one involved.

These folks need a lawsuit because ain’t no way they can allow me to win money but won’t let me withdraw my money due to my account being disabled from a $30 transaction that I made, I was going to use that money to bet on players from prizepicks, I deposited $30 and never received it and had it disputed by my bank and now my Aeropay has been suspended since February 2, Customer service is useless, e-mails has been sent multiple times like ain’t no way this is legal..

The single worst payment service I’ve ever used. Rejects transaction when I have 2-3 times the balance in my account, charges my account for goods I wasn’t able to even pick up because their app is complete trash, and now I can’t link my bank to my new account since it’s linked to my last one - which I can’t access since I changed numbers. Every single interaction with this service has been a complete nightmare.

I have been trying to get help from support. I have sent emails 3 times over the past 2 weeks and haven't gotten a response. What's the point of having a "support" email if nobody actually responds?

Update: I finally got in touch with their customer support about a payment I was waiting for. I was told the transaction was voided. I retried the transaction after being told any issues had been fixed. And yet I'm still waiting almost a week after it was sent. Too bad zero stars isn't an option.

Love Aeropay. I am a cannabis connoisseur and Aeropay saves me tons of money in not paying those exorbitant fees.

the transaction was seamless and automated. very easy to log in and transact.

It takes a while to load sometimes I have to refresh the page multiple times to get it to go through

Fakee reviewsssss do not buy it ... aeropay wont answer me in months , theyve kept all my money frozen , wont let me link bank to get my money out , they wont answer your emails worst customer servicee everrrrrrn!!!

I LOVE not having to pay a fee to use my own money. I encourage everyone to try Aeropay!

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is sometimes if you don't have an excess in your checking account the transaction will get declined. It can also be frustrating that transactions take a few days to process, but these little things are still worth not having to pay a transaction fee.

I love how the system has grown. A little bumpy at release but nothing could be easier now. No more trips to the cash machine!
