Quality products with great value. Most outfits are composed of great materials for production of their clothes. In terms of appearance, durability, compatibility your outfits depicts all that. What a lovely store to patronize and also their technical support team are very friendly. They attend to customers issues straight away with no delay. Thumbs up!!

Excellent value for money, great quality thst washes and tumbles well. Had LOADS of outfits in lots of lovely different patterns. Some with some excellent detailing on to make a nice girly outfit without having to have lots of frills!

Horrible company!!!!! So many excuses for a simple refund. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I emailed and told them that I had, and that I was reporting them for fraud. THEN my refund was processed immediately!! So try that, and good luck! Maybe if they get enough BBB complaints they'll shut down!!!

I ordered a dress in 10 dicember 2018.
I'm still waiting and I have not word from them, no reply to emails.
Not recommended.

Don't do it! Like many others I wish I'd read this before I ordered... Two months and no word from them, no reply to emails. No idea whether I'll ever see the item but sounds like it won't be worth it if I eventually do anyway. Never. Again. They should not be operating.

My dress finally arrived after 3 months. As someone else said the quality is so poor that you will never wear the dress.

My coat took 2 months to arrive. It’s a cheap polyester fabric, complete knock off of the embroidered jacket listed. The reviews on the website were great but clearly they were fake. I emailed them but doesn’t look like I’ll be receiving a refund. $25 down the drain, thankful it wasn’t more. What a bummer.

I wish I had googled the company name before ordering. The item arrived 2.5 months after I ordered and it is hideous! Nothing like what they claimed to sell online. I will now try and get my money back through my credit card or PayPal.

If it’s too good to be true, it is. This is an instascam. The few things I did receive were hideous, totally different material (think plastic sheets) and on top of that slightly damaged and ill fitting.

Thank God I called my bank and got most of the money refunded. The items they do ship (after you inform them you want to cancel your order and then they notify you it has shipped one day before the 15 day merchant refund window they have for you to receive the items is about to close) come sparsely, randomly, and are just unwanted.

TERRIBLE- AVOID at all cost!

Ordered 4 items in November, still have not received 2 of the 4 items. Tried many times through email to get a response. The clothing is exactly what others are saying here- terrible quality, loose threading..etc. One item I order blue color and they sent black. Doesn't fit right, shoulders are bit and fall off. Ladies, just don't do it! Not worth it!

First of all my order was incomplete and 3 months late.
I ordered 4 items in October.
I received only 2 of the items 3 months later.
Those items were not as described. The thread of the garments are loose and coming out. They are literally coming a part at the seams.

The Ethnic Fashion Embroidery Cardigan is the WRONG SIZE.
I ordered a SMALL but they sent a LARGE. Also it is falsely advertised. It is not embroidered. Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. This garment contains no embroidery. Again, I have not received the entire order. I am missing the fourth garment. The long sleeved maxi dress, which is pink with flowers.

After 7 weeks of waiting, I finally received my order. The garments look nothing like the photos. They are extremely poorly made. The stitching looks a mess. Hems are unraveling already. Not a single item fits my body correctly. It's clear I've been duped. I haven't tried contacting the company yet, but by the looks of the reviews here and from other sites, I will be wasting my time.

Never ever order from this company! Order month ago, still waiting for my item! Costumer service is terrible and rude!

Ordered a product my card has been charged and the product never arrived. I’ve contacted them over 5 times with no reply. And they have now changed there name on Instagram.

It's a scam. I've reached out to them 3 times in a month with no response in regards to my order. My card was charged. They block comments on Facebook and changed their Instagram name. Do not trust this company.

UPDATE: They changed the name.of their company again, but I did receive a dress after 5 months. It was absolutely not the dress advertised, but instead an intensely cheap reproduction of different material, dimension, and quality. Should have known better. Most of the reviews on here are obviously fake (nobody comes to this site because they had a good experience with a business 😂). Save yourself the trouble of anything to do with this company or any company that remotely resembles it.

Never received merchandice and when I finally contacted them through email they couldn’t find my order, yet hadalready charged my card. Emailed several times because there is no listed phone number and never heard back. (Update: item arrived, not true to size, and was poor quality)

I ordered a coat from this website on November 29th. On December 12th I got a tracking number. I checked the tracking order and it continues to state that the shipping label is being created. I contacted the company via email and have yet to get a reply. This sucks the coat is very cute. I will not recommend you buy from this site. Stick to amazon or going to the mall.

I ordered a jacket SEVEN WEEKS AGO. No jacket ever arrived. No email was ever answered. No tracking link was sent to me. And those SCAMMERS FROM F*ING CHINA close their comment function on Instagram and delete comments from users ALL COMPLAINING that they NEVER RECEIVED THEIR PAID ORDERS. BURN IN HELL, AEROGE!!

Ordered a dress I saw in an Instagram ad. It’s been over a month and I have not heard anything from them. I have contacted them twice and heard nothing back. I have never experienced this before. Are there no consumer protection laws or policies for what ads are allowed?

I wish I would have came across this website before I purchased from them!! I spent $150+ but then decided I didn’t want the items I had purchased anymore because I had a gut feeling something wasn’t right (a little too late, right?). On the website they state they charge $22 cancellation fee or something to that amount?? which is better that losing out on $150 so I decided to go ahead and contacted the company multiple times. I never received a reply from the company and as of two days ago I’ve received two different tracking numbers. None of which work so I’m pretty sure they haven’t sent any of the items.
