It's a scam - they just steal pics from other design brand's websites, and then reproduce a really cheap version in China using poly. But what's worse is that I've reported this to the platforms (Pinterest) that give them access to the consumers - multiple times - and Pinterest knowingly ignores it, they knowingly allow the 'fake image' adverts and pocket the money. Good job guys, cheers to your Advertising Standards right?

This company was a scam and influencers were paid

This company is 100% a scam. I ordered 3 pairs of pants for $136.00. The pants were horribly made with no tags, sewing looks like a child made it. I tried to return and after several attempts (they had multiple excuses about cost of returning, wouldn’t provide a return address), I finally conceded on receiving a $28 refund. Literally lost over $100 because I was dumb and didn’t do any research on this IG scam before I purchased. Don’t make my same mistake!

They do not ship you the dress they advertise, do not purchase from here as they also do not fully provide a refund and if you’re in the US would need to pay more in shipping to return. I’ll be reporting this charge as fraud since they did not provide what I paid to purchase. Thank you!

Ultra poor quality of pants. The stitching and material is very shitty. i wouldnt wear it anywhere. Now when i want to return it, they play the cheeky game these chinese companies do of “you will have to ship it to US not china so it will cost you alot and instead of that, keep the product and we refund u 20%” no sorry i dont want to keep something i wont use! They arent responding to my emails of return requests now!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Do not purchase from this company. The quality is terrible and customer service is non responsive. They do not intend to refund anything. Stay away.

I recently purchased two pairs of pants from this brand and was very disappointed. The fit did not match the advertised description, and the material felt uncomfortable and low quality, especially considering the high price. My experience did not reflect the positive reviews I saw online. The return process was also not customer-friendly, and I was only offered a partial refund. I ordered two pairs of pants, but the length didn’t fit. I reached out via email and was kindly given a code to reorder the correct length for free—without needing to return the original pairs. I thought, wow, that’s pretty great service!

Well… I waited a month for the new delivery, and when it finally arrived—guess what? Instead of pants, I received two wash bags.

BEWARE.

I’ve contacted them again to let them know, but at this point, it’s been almost two months since I originally placed the order. Let’s see if I ever receive what I actually paid for.

The website is a scam, it's impossible to return the item. Although the dress was of very poor quality and too big, I was unable to return it. They respond to emails only once a week. At first, they suggested sending me the same dress in a smaller size, but when I refused and asked for a refund, they stopped responding.

Their reviews are all scam. I purchased this dress and is nothing like the reviews and pictures… you can buy the same exact dress for $25 in Shein and not have to deal with the headache of their terrible customer service. I asked to return it and at first they tried to tell me how its going to be very expensive to bring it to UK… but guess what, after I delivered, they told me to make it “easier” for me, they were willing to offer me a NY return address… so now on top of $90 for the dress I paid another $31 to deliver it to UK just to get my $90 back. Absolutely regret my choice.

Complete scam - quality is S**T and when you try and return the product, they give you the complete run around by constantly offering only a partial refund. I filed a dispute with my CC and they told the CC company that I was at fault because I hadn't returned the product when they wouldn't give me a return address! Finally got it from them and even then if I didn't track the package and contact them, they had no intention of processing the refund. I let them know in mid-April I wanted to return the product and shipped it back to them by the end of April. It is now mid-May and still no refund.

Total scam. Quality is very poor, and sizing is incorrect. You can only contact customer service via email, and so far they are ignoring my request for a return label. Do not purchase from this online company.

Worst company. Do not buy they are a total scam. They make it so difficult to return items. They don’t offer return slips which is very odd. They just offer you a measly immediate 20% refund because they claim shipping the dress back will cost more than the dress itself. I asked many times for an address to return and my question was ignored. I tried disputing with my credit card since they made it so difficult. They fought it and won. I will be trying to re dispute it.

I’ve been reading other reviews on here complaining about the same thing. After reading them all, It seems as if you’re in the US they tell you to ship it back to the UK. But if you’re in the UK or elsewhere, they tell you to ship it back to the US. And as I said before, they then tell you costs will be “outrageous” so they try and convince you to get a measly amount back and act like they are doing you a favor.

Update - I demanded a United States address from Aerelle based on the other reviews I’ve seen here. I reopened my dispute with Amex the other day after I asked for the US address twice with no response. I sent our entire email thread, and even reviews from this website that show an address does exist. Once again Amex refuses to validate my dispute which is crazy to me. Aerelle keeps telling them I never returned my item, but they kept refusing to give me an address.

I magically finally got an Email from Aerelle soon after the denied chargeback with the US address. If they try and tell you they only have a UK address don’t believe them.

Very poor quality and unhelpful customer service. I contacted the company on the same day I received my order to request a return and refund, but they made it unnecessarily difficult. Instead of providing clear instructions or a return address, they asked why I wanted to return the item, completely ignoring my actual request (even after I emailed them three times so far in total). I still haven’t received the return details or any follow-up. Overall, a frustrating experience with no resolution so far.

I recently ordered the Roxanne dress in size S, but unfortunately, it was nothing like what was shown in the pictures and videos. The fit was quite odd, tight around the shoulders and bust area, yet loose around the belly, making it unflattering and uncomfortable to wear.

I wanted to return the item and request a refund. However, I noticed that the only available way to contact customer service is via email, and I have not yet received a response. Additionally, the return and refund policy on the website lacks clear instructions, which I find concerning.

I also never received a delivery confirmation email, nor any follow-up inviting me to leave a review, which is quite unusual for an online order.

Ordered a dress online. It came and is NOTHING like it is pictured on their website. Contacted them for a refund and they are giving me the run around offering a 20% refund. Do not buy from them.

This company is a total scam. The reviews are fake. I realised they have even done a fake review in my name below… do not buy from here!

Had to get a chargeback on a dress as it was completely different from the pictures and they refused a refund or rather would charge more than the dress cost to return. Awful company and quality.

UPDATE: I demanded a chargeback through my bank and Aerelle processed the refund! I’d advise anyone who’s had the same issue to do this!

I also wish I could give this brand a 0. I saw someone I follow on IG wearing this dress for an ad and forgot about it, then realized I've seen it sold by like 5-6 different companies? So it's all just the same cheap Shein quality clothing from China being sold for almost $100 when it really is worth like $5. The dress I got literally doesn't cover my coochie? It's basically defective. The return was going to cost more than the dress itself and they don't tell you they're based in the UK when you order. So they offered a 20% refund but I'm going to try to get a 30%. LAME.

I ordered a dress that I saw an ad of on Instagram and Tiktok. Let me tell you, all 1 star reviews you read here are 100% true. Their return policy is trash. The outfit looks nothing like the photo on their website, it is cheaply made and a rip off of a much higher quality luxury brand items they try to copy from. The picture of the model on their website is straight up copied and pasted from a much reputable and a luxury clothing brand website (i found this out much later after i had placed an order from them). I should have done more research before placing my order from them. And when I asked for refund they do not want to give you a refund and offer 20% or 30% of your original purchase amount and keep the item. When i pushed them further to send me a return address, it took 4-5 emails going back n forth to just get the return address out of them. Also, to top it off, the company is based in UK and the shipping from USA is much higher and they know this, hence they take advantage of people who ordered from them and offer them these absurd and ridiculous return policy with a much shitty customer service. Expect to not a get a reply back for a couple days! Be aware and do not get scammed.
