I buy two products from the company and I have to say that I feel a lot better than before I started.
I take fermented whey powder for strength and although at 77 I don't expect to be as strong as someone of 37 I certainly feel I am walking better and have more confidence in what I can do than I have for a long time. Some of this I am sure is also due to the volcanic olive oil I take daily.
I would seriously encourage anyone to take the products I'm sure you wouldn't regret it.

The olive oil is a good product but other similar products are available at significantly less cost.

I have had a good experience with my order deliveries and communication on the telephone over the past 6 months. For me the initial ordering is too complicated. I do not seem to get the repeat ordering process right and need to confirm what I want on the phone. I use 3 products that have been a great help. When the health condition that I have flairs up I cannot take 2 of them and seem to go back to square one until everything settles down. That is the position I am in at the moment in August 2026 but find that Norse Strength is a helpful and great drink for me at the moment.

I’m only beginning my journey with Aeons, but I’m excited and hopeful that these products will help me with re-gaining strength and mobility while reducing the pain I suffer in my joints.
Am enjoying the Norse Strength whey and am expecting the olive oil and bone broth today.

As a Chef, taste is a very important part of my daily life, I have to say this particular olive oil is superior to anything that you will find in the supermarket, as for its health benefits, my wife was starting to get some joint pain and since she has been taking a spoonful every morning she tells me that the pain is less frequent now, definitely recommend this product for medicinal purposes and the bonus is it tastes fantastic

My name is Kathleen MacKenzie and I live in a town called Rushden, Northants although born in the north of England. At 75 I am in reasonable health but did have arthritis in my hands, which was very painful. I came across an Aeons advertisement completely by accident, I wasn't looking for anything health wise but I did stop to read about Ancient Roots and what it can do. I took the plunge about 2.5 months ago to order some and after about a month I noticed the pain in my hands had eased, the pain very much reduced. I intend to stick with this product and it give it a chance. I recently had an occasion to speak to their customer service department and they were very polite, pleasant and helpful.

Firstly Dr.Sarah Brewer's explanation of the unique properties of the Olive oil aroused my curiosity to try it. Following her guidance I found that about the fifth week I discovered that I was able to tend my garden and do work I would not have been able to do before. Even suprmarket shopping has become so much easier with my new freedom of movement. Buying the products is easy and thr staff are so welcoming.Best of all is that Dr. Sarah keeps in touch to give her encouragement. You become a member of her "tribe" which is rather nice. These products can do so much good but are unlikely to do any harm..

I have been taking Aeons for a while now and the nodules on my finger joints seem to be reducing in size, so perhaps the olive oil is reducing inflammation. I find the peppery taste quite strong so I have to follow it up straight after with a mouth-cleanser (I drink it neat from a spoon).

As I have only been taking this for a month it’s difficult to tell what has changed but I’m sure things will change.
It’s all been very easy from ordering and information.
I will continue and hopefully feel all the benefits.

This is a very interesting product which has obviously been very well researched to optimise the concentration of polyphenols and the benefits they can produce. There appears to be a relative lack of information about possible adverse drug . interactions . To suggest contacting my GP about these matters seems to me to be an abrogation of your own responsibility to your vulnerable customers. Part of your research responsibility go us to monitor for any adverse drug interactions to be able to advise your clients and their GP’s.

Olive Oil has been life changing. It is my 81st birthday in September 2026, and I never dreamt that taking daily a single special Aeons product could change my life so dramatically.
Better energy, more alert mental capacity and memory. I feel younger, a better husband for my wife, and altogether happier.

Sharon from Cornwall. I have been using Ancient Roots Olive Oil now for two months and am amazed at the difference it’s made. I suffer from arthritis and have had a total knee replacement. I have been using Aeons olive oil for almost two years now and fairly recently, l have started on Aeons chicken bone broth and Norse Strength fermented protein which l am not so keen on. I am using the latter up anyway but l find the vanilla taste a bit too strong.
All in all, l am very happy to continue with the first two which appear to keep me pain free and my skin and hair look better too!

I have ordered from Aeons and Dr Sarah Brewer in the past and still have some olive oil left from that order. Just recently I started to take one desert spoonful first thing every morning and I am amazed at the relief I am experiencing in the pain in my back.I have had three or four operations on my back and have ended up with pegs and support rods in my lower spine. I have recently been told that there is nothing more that can be done to improve the spinal pain and so I decided to start taking the Arons olive oil every morning and it may be early days but I am amazed at the relief I have started to experience.
I have two bottles left and so I would like to order some more when this oil comes up for sale at a special discounted price.

I have tried all sorts of creams on my knees. So far I have found nothing to help me. When you advertised your Ancient Roots olive oil I decided to give it a try as I can remember an aunt of mine taking olive oil a very long time ago. I don’t like to take it on its own but I mix it in my porridge in the morning and it is a lovely taste. I have been taking your olive oil for several weeks and my pain has gone now. My mobility is getting better and I can work in my garden.

I am 85 years old and had a triple heart bypass nearly 2 yrs ago. I take my virgin oil every morning. I don’t like oils on my salads etc but this oil I make an effort to take daily and have it delivered to me on a regular basis. I feel that this daily routine helps me keep fit, well and painfree. I manage to keep myself active and go to the gym 2/3 times each week. I feel I manage better than other people younger than myself.

I have been on Ancient Oils for over 12 months and take a tablespoon neat every morning with my breakfast. Since starting and after about 3 weeks I became aware of my energy levels increasing and feel much more alert. Several things really. I found the ‘heartfelt’ conviction that comes across with Sarah’s marketing a great motivator. I use regularly the Ancient Roots Olive Oil, and here’s a tip to enjoy it anytime. I use a freshly baked Walnut Parva thinly sliced and dip it into a small bowel containing a generous slug of olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar. The combination of flavours is sheer delight. I use it in my salads - as a dressing too.
I think it also has the ability to help with weight loss.
Something Sarah proved to us all in her efforts to lose weight prior to her wedding. The high content of polyphenols is very beneficial too. Cannot pretend I know all the reasons why, but I do feel better for having this special oil in my diet. I use ‘Forest Riches’ everyday in a Smoothie for my breakfast, with yogurt,banana and for protein - Silken Tofu. So I can genuinely say I have felt the benefit of the oil and the Forest Riches.
I am 84 and remain very active, am a widow of one year,
& downsizing - so there is a lot going on in my life at the present moment.
