I am now on my second iron and it has stopped working AGAIN. The customer service I am receiving is not good and 5 weeks on I am no further forward in them trying to tell me what's wrong with my iron. I paid a LOT of money for this and I don't think it should stop working within 2 years.
I want them to tell me how to fix the problem as they say its easy or as its within the warranty provide some discount on a new iron.

Bought a steam cleaner from Aeolus , on second use it stopped heating the water . They have a very poor customer services for repairs for faulty goods . It has taken 2 weeks of emails where they keep telling me different information about how to get it repaired. For an expensive piece of equipment it should off lasted more than 2 uses and customer services are useless at sorting out problems . Avoid unless you want a lot of stress.
