Poor customer service and overpriced
Contacted on Monday for a replacement double glazed unit that had cracked overnight. A&E were the first people to answer the phone. They asked for a photo via WhatsApp and sent me a message to respond to. They replied with a quote and asked for additional info if I wanted to proceed. I responded with the info, have chased and haven’t had a response from them. Have since found out their quote was £100 more than another firm who I have since arranged the repair with. I guess they just didn’t want the work.

Sorry we don't actually have an installation service. We are a supply and delivery service / Online glass shop. This will be another company that has a similar name with us (We have had to deal with this before). If you wouldn't mind removing and contacting the correct company that would be great.

Replacement Velux sealed unit
I needed a replacement sealed double glazed unit for a velux window after it shattered.
They popped round, measured up, explained why it broke, gave me the quote and timeliness.
Quote and timeliness were accurate and unit replaced in a few days with no hassle.
Excellent job , will definitely use again if I have any glazing issues

Double glazed window repair
Very pleased with A&E glazing. We had two double glazed units that were blown/broken and from measuring up to getting replacement units fitted was incredibly quick and I thought very reasonably priced too.
