Very disappointing service. I had an initial discussion with Abby for a quote for a flood risk assessment for a planning application, she requested our plans and drawings, and the documents were emailed to her. She seemed initially professional, she acknowledged the email and promised to get back by the end of the week. I chased allowing for the fact things may have slipped. She did not reply I waited another day and eventually I realised it's pointless working with a company with such poor follow through. Be careful with this company, they ask for your documents and then disappear. I hope they delete my information as requested.

Doug carried out a flood risk assessment for my project and I am very grateful for his professionalism and guidance throughout. The report provided by Doug was detailed, thorough and easy to interpret. It fully satisfied SEPA's requirements and shortly after submission planning permission was granted.
