I had to have a repair on my oven, it was still in guarantee by a few days! Excellent service

My 21 year old AEG washing machine developed a fault that was unable to be fixed,as we had an insurance cover our washer was replaced free of charge. I also felt the replaced washer was of the same value as the AEG.
I am pleased to say the deal was all settled in one week. Thank you to Customer Seervice

We bought 7 ARG products for our kitchen refit - internal door of freezer broke within a month and we were told it was not covered

I do not understand why the magnetron was not replaced. The engineer tightened our existing magnetron and the microwave started working again. However, the microwave is 7 years old and I am concerned that very soon the magnetron will fail due to its age.

AEG Customer Services. Needed a spare part for my oven that was delivered and on the same day needed the part. Excellent customer service and part was ordered, would definitely recommend!

Recently had to purchase a new hob. Having bought a new AEG oven last year this was a no brainer - AEG all the way. great products and keenly priced. Would recommend.

New AEG electric hob came promptly and was easy to self-fit to an existing 13A socket. Cooks well and less pollution in our kitchen than the old LPG hob.

We’re delighted with our new AEG appliances, bought with the house. They look and feel good to use.

Three of the control knobs do not sit at the 12 O'clock position when off, which spoils the look of the cooker.Also, although the control knobs have a raised line at the top of the knobs, this cannot be seen at a distance and would be better if if it was painted to highlight the position.This is because if the gas was left on, which would be in the 6 O' clock position, it could not be seen at a distance.

Excellent time keeping, efficiently completing the task and very polite.

Delivered on time and easy to set up. So far please with the washing results.

This is my second AEG never had better.
Outstanding performance all round.
