Ignored for a refund after unwanted…

Ignored for a refund after unwanted auto-renewal
​I used this platform for a year with no issues, but when my subscription automatically renewed without warning, things went downhill fast. I emailed them for a refund on the exact day of the charge and have been completely ignored.
​Some of the content is okay, but their auto-renewal trap and non-existent customer service are unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look for other e-learning platforms.
