Should be a one click process, not a negotiation with the retention team every step of the way to actually leaving. Account closure took three days and required four separate emails, each time asking why I wanted to close and offering a bonus to stay.
The BTC deposit was not credited for over a day even after multiple confirmations. 👎
Balance dropped by two hundred overnight with no notification whatsoever. 😞😐 Support said the bonus had expired even though the terms sadi thirty days, and my count had reached day nine. No compensation offered and no acknowledgement of the mismatch.
