Great company! I'm a small business owner. My Google Business Profile was suspended due to some minor misunderstanding. Tried to appeal, no luck. After literal months and months of trying to get this figured out, I was ready to throw in the towel, this whole system was so frustrating!
But I know that having a Google Business Profile is crucial to help my business grow, so I took one more stab at it, and I posted on the Google Business community board to ask for help. And they're good at what they do as well! Sam got my profile active again in only 5 HOURS. That's right 5 (five). It still took a few more hours before it was fully visible, but my months of dealing with so much nonsense, trying to talk to a real person and not AI, links that just led in circles, all that was finally over!!
