My T6 transporter head unit touch screen had been becoming unresponsive & eventually stopped working completely.
Did a bit of research online & after reading all the excellent reviews sent it off to advanced repair. 3 days later it is refitted & working perfectly.

Quick turnaround and repaired in a matter of days. Bit of a faff with Royal Mail as they couldn't locate my parcel at first and was concerned it was lost but it turned up at the sorting centre.

Advanced Repair contacted me to say they could replace screen and return same day I was a little bit sceptical because previously company but took a chance and true to their word new screen fitted same day they received it and sent back, used it first time today and it was perfect

Repaired the USB-c power socket on my Honor 16 Laptop. Honor quoted £443 for a new motherboard. These guys fixed it for a quarter of that. Top Job, Recommended. And from Yorkshire!

My daughter's kindle screen cracked. This time last year the same thing happened, I used a different company (won't name them but I left a review!) and it took WEEKS to come back. What a difference with these guys - I posted the cracked Kindle last Friday, on Saturday at 6pm I got an email saying they had received it, repaired it, and put it in the post!! Got it back today (Wednesday). Same price as the other guys, MUCH better experience.

Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I had cracked the screen on my Garmin 1030 plus. I found Advanced Repairs website easy to navigate & to place a repair order. I send off my Garmin and got it back in c a week fully repaired and working fine. Great job! Thank you.

I have used Advanced Repairs twice to fix a dodgy USB port on my very poorly designed Skycaddie SX500. On both occasions the service experience was excellent. Simple process, very quick turnaround and good value. Sadly, my Skycaddie failed again and I sent it back under the 12 month warranty offered by Advanced Repair. This was accepted without any quibble. Further investigation showed that the device had been damaged by water ingress and was beyond repair but not before the guys had tried a number of possible options to fix it. I really appreciated their service and the many very positive reviews demonstrate clearly that they are an excellent company who you can trust to do a good job.

My huawei laptop had stopped charging. I found advanced repair after a quick google search. I sent my laptop off on Tuesday and had it back fully repaired by on Friday morning. Highly recommended

My Skycaddie was posted recorded delivery to Advanced Repair on Thursday 6th April. It arrived back fully repaired by recorded delivery on Saturday 8th April. I had a query with it which turned out to be my fault but which was dealt with commendable patience by Indi. I have no hesitation in recommending their service and have already recommended them to my fellow golfers. A first class service!

Just like to say I was extremely pleased with my repair to a Blackview A80 Pro, which arrived today in less than a week from dispatch with all the data intact. Brilliant!

Well I’ll start by being perfectly honest, when I first made the purchase I was a bit skeptical about the whole thing, wasn’t entirely sure if it was legit, having to send it off through the post etc. I had an issue with my ps5, thought it was the hdmi port, ended up being the hdmi chip, they were very helpful throughout the entire thing, always giving me updates on the stages of the repair.

Two days later it arrived back at my place, so far safe and sound with no problems whatsoever. I couldn’t recommend their service enough, most importantly FAIR prices, as near where I lived the person was charging almost double what I payed.

If you’re like me and had your doubts about how “legit” the company is, then don’t. Top quality service.

Advanced Repair did a perfect job and very quickly. The repair was to the display cable (Flexgate) and my MacBook Pro now works again (yay!) and it's not possible to tell the MacBook has been repaired.

Advanced Repair brilliantly did a very swift job of bringing my Huawei Matebook D15 laptop back to life by opening it up and making the power port/socket work again. Communication was very good, and I posted it on a Wednesday and had it back on the Saturday revitalised.

I had been nervous of sending my laptop off to anyone but it seems I needn't have worried. I was always impressed by Advanced Repair being the only repair website that I had encountered that detailed the specific problem with my particular laptop and offered a solution. They were also kind to listen to my many queries for ten minutes over the phone; then when they received the laptop, they couldn't have fixed it and sent it back any quicker.

To give a bit more detail:

My laptop had stopped being able to charge up. I had initially thought it might just need a new cable, but none of the replacements I bought worked. I looked at other possibilities but reluctantly came to the conclusion that the port/socket was the problem and so the laptop would need to be opened up.

So, this is where Advanced Repair came in. They put me at ease over the phone and I soon packaged the laptop inside its original box with a lot of bubble wrap, foam and tape and sent it from where I live in Kent on 8 February. I know via Royal Mail tracking it arrived in Bradford the following day just before 11am and then was sent back to me repaired in little more than two hours, if that. It arrived to my house on 11 February (because I had asked for 48-hour tracked delivery) and now works with any of the three cables that I own.

I certainly do not regret picking Advanced Repair over Huawei. I had contacted the latter, but found their customer service terrible (and judging by their ratings and feedback on various websites, most people agree). They had no working phone number, the emailed responses I received seemed bot-like, evasive and unable to give answers to basic questions regarding where the laptop would be sent and what the cost would likely be.

Therefore, if you have the same problem as I had, definitely go with Advanced Repair. They couldn't have been any clearer or quicker.
