My radio had a touchscreen problem on one side. I removed the radio from my VW Beetle and sent it to them by insured post.
First I had to buy a trim remover kit which contains specialist tools to remove the shiny border trim without causing any damage. There are youtube videos showing you how to do it.
Advanced Repair received my radio at 10am. By 1pm they had repaired it. I paid them by PayPal immediately and they posted it back the same day. So I was only without the radio for 48 hours.
It was easy to fit the radio and the touchscreen problem was completely fixed.
The whole thing cost me about one tenth of what the dealer had quoted for the repair !

We cracked the screen on the media unit of our 2022 Nissan Micra. I thought Nissan might be able to replace the screen but they can only replace the whole unit for over £2300! I searched on Google and Advanced Repair came up. We are in the South and I could see they were in Bradford but noted they do a postal service. I emailed a few questions and was impressed with the speed they responded to me. They were very helpful telling me how to remove the unit and giving a fixed price of £240 if they were able to fix it, or just a £10 charge if not. There was also a 12 month warranty on the repair I sent the unit to them Special Delivery, and they contacted me the following afternoon to say it was fixed and would be with me the following day. It arrived carefully wrapped and all working as it should, job done! Very happy and highly recommend using Advanced Repair.

Low cost TouchScreen replacement solution effected efficiently by a technician who was well experienced in the task. Saved me over £1800. Obviously I am well satisfied with the result and a 1 Year warranty on the work as well!

The Micro USB port on my BMW Nav V broke on Monday. I had a quick google and sent a couple of emails. And I thought, I’ll give it a go…Posted on Tuesday, received on Wednesday (confirmed by email) fixed and dispatched on Thursday (confirmed by email) and I received it back on Friday. All fixed and working. Highly Recommended.

My Garmin Oregon 650 power on/off button had perished making the unit unusable. Found Advanced Repair and found all the positive reviews to be reliable. I had a prompt and positive response regarding the possibility of repair. Instructions on how to proceed with time scale and price followed (all of which turned out to be accurate). I received my repaired unit back within four days. I found Advanced Repairs to provide an impressive service.

The touch screen on my Skoda satnav stopped working and the dealer quoted a ridiculous price to repair. Advanced repair did the work for £170. But was what was most impressive was that in under 48 hours after I had removed the unit, it was back in my car fully functioning. Everything happened as they said it would! What fabulous service

An excellent repair service which I would thoroughly recommend. My Skoda/ Amundson 'infotainment' system was repaired and returned within 40 hours of me sending it. The advice given on sending the unit was helpful, reassuring and clear and on refitting the unit, it works as it should. I am very pleased with the repair and the cost of the repair.

Nissan qashqai had a smashed info screen thanks to a knobhead of a son smashing it. Tried everywhere local to me and nobody could repair/replace. Nissan quoted £3895 for new unit. Emailed Indi and quoted £280. Drove up today, was seen straight away, work completed within 45 mins. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you so much. Can finally turn the stupid sat nav woman off…don’t suppose you’ve got a fix-it for knobhead sons?!

Mini quoted a ridiculous sum to repair my information screen - in excess of £2000.00 !!! These guys have done a great job very quickly for a tenth of that figure. Very grateful and highly recommended service !!

Had an accident with the media screen on our Citroen c3. Spoke to the technician Indi Kaur who explained the process and cost. Sent screen away Monday afternoon, had unit back before 1pm on Wednesday.
Unbelievable service, and saved me a fortune on the cost of a new unit from Citroen.

My VW T6 touch screen failed and googled how to repair or replace, came across these guys, rang and spoke to Indi, told me the whole process and costs, I sent it Tuesday morning and received back Friday morning, it’s like brand knew, can not recommend them enough, customer service was 100% excellent 👍

I recently sent Advanced Repair a VW/Skoda Bolero radio/satnav on which a large portion of the touchscreen had failed. From my very first email enquiry to them they were super quick, efficient and concise with their communication. From sending the radio to them to getting it back took barely 72 hours! They did a proper repair completely removing and replacing the broken screen, not simply overlaying a new screen over the old broken one. Worth every penny of the £170 charged! I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. You can use them with 100% confidence.

Excellent service. I sent my Garmin Fenix 6 to be repaired as it wasn't charging. Advance Repair offer a set fee for this and as my watch was pretty much dead, it was a better option than buying a new one, got to try at least.
I sent by recorded delivery and got notification that it was being worked on. I got another notification saying that the entire charging port was broken and did I want to wait for the part to be imported. The cost was the same as it was a set fee.
Another notification for payment and I was relieved they were able to fix it. It took a month but I'm so happy to get my working watch back.
Highly recommend them.
