Products are awesome, postage sucked
Products are awesome. However, even though I paid extra for express post, it still took a week to arrive.

Hi Amy thanks for your review! I can see your order was placed at 4pm on Friday (our orders are collected by the Auspost driver around 2pm), and was dispatched Monday via express.
On Wednesday it arrived at the NSW sorting facility and a redirection was put in place to a parcel locker where it was delivered on Thursday and collected Friday. Hope this helps explain the delay
