I ordered products on Monday, express shipping 2-5 days, and on Wednesday it still hasn't been shipped. Live chat is constantly unavailable and there has been no response to my email. I ordered from 2 other websites on the same day and both those were dispatched the next day. Not impressed at all.
Beware! Despite having a .co.uk domain name, displaying their pricing in £, and having a UK phone number plus address on their website this company trades from *New Zealand*. If you want to return anything it will cost you about £50 shipping to do so (if they will even accept a return - they were unaware of UK Distance Selling Regulations) and I also note a 30% restocking fee on their website. Very deceptive.
