Everyone sells products, what differs them from each other is their customer service and after sale service.

I think co. Like this are important, should be more because, public desire is fulfilled in the way they want it. Different people with personal desire/ needs full felled. Good on you.

Very good and prompt amount refund service.

The company is genuine and professional. But the electronic products are of v poor quality. I bought 2 battery operated gadgets and one stopped working in a few days (on my 2nd use itself). So my point is ... the Quality of the electronic parts of their products is V poor. They should have ensured better quality Before shipment, rather than requesting me to get it repaired from a local electrician!
Otherwise, their customer service is professional.
Second complain is .... They allow you to place orders online (for products In stock), then will email you the next day that the product cannot be shipped because it's out of stock. And they did this to me Twice over. So ... inventory management is poor.
