Had a lekker great experience after purchasing from Adult Luxury Online Store. My parcel was delivered sooner than I expected and I must say I'm really pleased with the quality of the toys I bought. Will surely make another purchase soon.

I had a pleasant experience shopping at Adult Luxury. Their staff assisted me with the perfect product that I needed. Delivery was much quicker than I expected and the product was amazing. Big Ups to the Adult Luxury Team. I will most definitely be shopping again with them.

Their service is top-notch and their products are of outstanding quality 👌 definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly suggest visiting their expansive showrooms. I'm a happy customer anyone who wants to order at adultluxury shouldn't hesitate at all I received the best service I give it 10/10

They were out of stock and did not notify me. Sent a different item without the box and how would I know if those pills are safe and what the actual name is as it was wrapped in bubble wrap… extremely disappointing service

I want to thank Elaine for personally contacting me to acknowledge my complaint and my concerns around the upsetting service I received with my last order. She was amazing and reassuring and I show much appreciation for this acknowledgement. THANK YOU Elaine.

Such a great experience. The quality of their products is amazing. I ordered via overnight delivery and I received my parcel the next day. I was kept update the whole time while my parcel was intransit. Their staff is always will to assist which is such a breath of fresh air. They have a huge collection which I love cause it gives me so much options to choose from. This is now my go to store ♥️

Super friendly staff and definitely next level products. Top quility and designs I have never could have imagined existed! Didn't know they also design their own toy range; very intriguing

Very bad service waste of your money dont buy here anything they dont answer your emails and also you cant get in contact with in anyway them.

Really bad customer service and complete disregard for the laws and customer protection laws. Stay well clear. You can find most of their products on Aliexpress or Temu for a fraction of the price and none of the BS when you get sent the wrong or non working product.

Wow, I am so impressed by the quality of these toys it's like no other sex shop and the beautiful range of toys you have is impressive. I love the discreet delivery as even the couriers don't know what is in the parcel which makes me very comfortable, Thank you for the best online shopping experience!!!
