Feels Like a Scam – No Response, No Goods
I placed and paid for an order on May 27, 2025. As of today (June 26), the status is still “payment received” with no update, no shipment, and no meaningful communication from the company.
A few days after the order, I received a reply saying one item was pending delivery from the manufacturer and would arrive the following week. That week passed long ago, and all further attempts to contact Adtecno via email and contact form have been ignored. I also called, but the person who answered did not speak English and asked me to write an email again – which was never replied to.
This is unacceptable. I will proceed with a chargeback and escalate this to the European Consumer Centre if there is no immediate resolution.
