Very rude, no customerservice

I have leased many times / many years at this agency and earlier always met smiles and understanding. This have suddenly changed A LOT, I had 2 bad episodes here in 2025.

First apartment we wanted to lease this year in Jesolo was leased out to others (even we got written offer) and next we had a big discussion why they can not recieve CASH as payment for deposit on other apartment.

They agency now to hold your money as a "blanco cheque" now only via credit card, so you can not get the money by check out but first weeks after you left the lease. Without creditcard you can therefore not use their offers anymore.

In this matter I experienced really bad and rude customerservice. Totally respectless. If you ask to talk to the manager its not possible, never tried this style before.

We have changed to other agency now.
