Took my money and kept the product

Essentially, I chose the glasses, they delivered the wrong prescription, I returned them as instructed and and asked they deliver the correct prescription in the original frames. They told me they originally gave me the wrong price and I have to pay double. I said no, so they kept both my money and the product. I also have to mention that at no point they apologized for delivering the wrong product or acknowledged they made a mistake. They simply want more money.
