A typical independent company

A typical independent company. COVID season really showed the selfishness of this company. Furlough was a nightmare, accounting has always been a problem with discrepancies everywhere. I’m quite glad 2020 highlighted where certain companies fell short. Unfortunately for Adrem they fell short in many areas. Passive aggressive leaders and withholding information can leave you in a mind space filled with real anxiety. Wouldn’t recommend for the sake of mental health. A job isn’t all about money, I would think that employers should have to actually care about their staff...
