I reported the ebay seller and also this fake ADP Express website to the Police after my attempted scam . Said they couldn't do anything about the website. What a joke. I posted about on here a while ago about this. Ebay refunded me and the seller disappeared from eBay. He returned 2 weeks later using the same seller details. Ebay were made aware of this scammer and they just let him back on. They are condoning scammers

Really needs no stars - 2025 and still scamming - looking into it very dodgy and numerous issues raised against them yet they continue. When ordering ensure this company is not used for delivery of your goods

Scammed by seller on ebay on March 25. Used fake tracking info for ADP Express Ltd. Did research on The UK Companies Register. They were struck off and the company dissolved in March 24 so don't exist. Fake website set up to provide fake tracking info for scammers on ebay. Anyone else in this position tell ebay to check UK Companies Reg. It's irrefutable evidence the the seller is fraudulent. If ebay don't find in your favour as they must they are complicit in this fraud. If you feel strongly enough report ebay to the police. - Update 29/3/25. Won my case for refund due to my evidence that this company hasn't existed since March 2024. Anyone refused a refund who bought with ebay since March 24 make a complaint to Paypal they'll have to review it. They can't stand by their original decision when there is evidence of a scam. If they still refuse take it to the ombudsman

This company is a total scam. I blame ebay for not following customers feedback for allowing these scum bag companies on there platform.

If I could give ADP a zero star I would. I endorse everything other reviewers have said. Item not delivered and tracking only showing delivered after I queried it. EBay not helpful. Seller not responding to messages. EBay sending me phone numbers for ADP which DO NOT WORK and which I have tried several times etc etc. I am in some sort of EBay induced Kafkaesque nightmare. Oh and if Trust pilot try to send my review to ADP it will bounce back!

I've been scammed too , by ebay seller ALL-IN-ONETAP with non delivery, then tracking being "updated" only after I opened a case. ebay are just as bad though. You provide them with the proof of these reviews going back over a year and adp express actually being dissolved in March and they still won't refund me without proof of non delivery from the courier! Anyway, it's the kick up the backside I needed to leave their faceless, soulless, garbage platform.

Total and utter scam/fraud delivery company. They do not exist. Used by supplier(s) of Ebay to prove item was delivered. Website is unfinished and only exists to provide a name, emails and phone number that do not work. Still trying to get money back from eBay. They have also been reported for breach of GDPR!
Love the bit at the end that says "Let Adpexpress know about your review. Just check the box and we'll notify them. The review will be sent to their info email address." Haha, email address doesn't work as I have tried that one as well

I also have been caught out by this. I ordered an item from eBay Seller CLICKNOW672 on 1st July, eBay message advised shipped 02/07.
Started chasing 15/07, after further chases, eventually received reply from seller 23/07, claiming ADP Express delivered this 04/07; requested a POD but did not receive. Then raised a claim with eBay for refund due to Non-Delivery. But was somewhat surprised to receive message from eBay early am 30/07, advising no refund and case closed. I appealed, reiterating non-delivery, and referencing this (Trustpilot Website), and also pointing out that ADP Express Ltd had been struck-off 26/03/2024.
After this I received a refund from eBay c 16:00 the same day, with a message saying case now closed.

Like others I have been scammed on ebay. My seller was reported to ebay. Avoid anyone selling items on ebay unless its a well known courier on the advert page. No item delivered. No response from seller to my emails. Courier ADP site says delivered on 7 June at SAME TIME as seller goes on ebay on 14th June! to ask them to close case against them as its been delivered. When I checked few days ago.... between 7th (delivery date as per site) and 13th, it said reference not recognized....Never received this parcel. Conveniently, the site main page says it may have technical problems..... Yes, it looks like a fake courier site supporting dishonest ebay sellers. And someone can change delivery date back in time to try and satisfy ebay, so buyer gets no refund. Disgusting.

Ebay item not delivered, seller provides link to fake courier company, ebay believes them and closes the case in sellers favour. Scam.

Like every other person on this review site the Ebay seller tried to defraud me by saying item was delivered. Not at all, this is a fraudulent courier service probably set up by the Ebay seller 'GRIMPPUK'.If you are here because you have also been defrauded please name and shame the seller.

Fake delivery company. Website doesn't seem right. Tracking data, no timings just dates which don't work out. Companies house are in the process of Strike Off. Company set up as a "Seller of Goods" not courier. I think this is all part of a fraud setup by some ebay sellers to con ebay with false trakcing data so if a buyer makes a claim ebay sides with the seller who says it was delivered.

Ordered off Ebay item never turned up cant get refund as ADP dosnt answer emails and phone no is not recognised definitly a SCAM DELIVERY SERVICE, company item ordered from sent proof of delivery just my address so they will not refund still trying through ebay but looks like £100 down beware

Ordered an item on eBay and the seller has chosen this delivery company. I didn't receive any tracking number until requested, and even then I received no website nor a company name to use the tracking number with until I reached out to eBay customer support team directly.
The company website feels... off. The government page on this company... idk.
I'm seeing claims of the company being a scam and am inclined to believe it so far. The way the page returns the delivery data feels off. In the morning, I was seeing 4 out of 5 reviews on their site with 1 star and comments how it's a scam, with spread out dates. By the evening, it was five 5 star reviews, all posted on that day's date... The website's content - a bit forgotten: repeatable text, and a few Lorem Ipsum blocks (that's a great company mission/history/about).
As recommended by eBay, I reached out via email to the company about my parcel, with hopes of getting some sort of response that would negate the delivered delivery state and for me to be able to receive a refund. Likelyhood of that happening? Not high.
I'm not getting my order, am I? :(

Similar story as others here. Purchased from Ebay seller. Never arrived. Ebay totally useless, so lost my money. ADP Express ignored every one of the 6 email\messages i sent them.

Fraud fraud fraud! Do not use this company!

Fraud - beware. Bought item through eBay seller who did not give tracking details initially. Then provided a tracking number for apdexpress. Says item was delivered but it was not. Seller not remotely interested and no response from ADP online form. Total scam.

Purchase off eBay, said that they delivered but did not, there was someone in all day at this address, no proof of delivery, no signature, no photo,no gps, seller would not help me, the customer services helpline is a company selling industrial clothing, they were of no help.
e-bay won't offer a refund without proof of non delivery.

I think this is a fake company.
an ebay seller sells product which this company claims to deliver.
e-bay seller and courier ignore all communication.
