The outfits are awesome I just wish the corsets would fit I’m bigger in the middle than the top boobs tend to fit but that’s as far as I get with those but the rest seem to b ok so far

I’d give no stars if I could. Don’t order from the site. I order almost $300 worth of lingerie for my vacation… I ordered them on October 10th and was supposed to receive the items between the 16th-22nd… they emailed me on OCTOBER 20th… (when my stuff should’ve already been in the way to me) that my items were out of stock… 10 DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED THE ITEMS. Worst of all, they didn’t even refund me.. they added “store credit” to my account as if that was doing me some favor?? I had to call and get my refund. They did nothing for me to compensate for all of this.. now my vacation is tomorrow and I don’t have anything to wear. First time purchasing from here and what an awful experience it has been. NEVER AGAIN

I have had many unpleasant experiences with Adore me. I agree with some people that adore me used to be a decent product, but now has gone down hill. Material is cheaply made now. Customer service is terrible. They do not care at all about you or your order. I have had multiple times where they cancel my order. Orders have been severely behind schedule and delivered way late. And this last time, they canceled my entire order of 5 things. They said all were out of stock. If that's was the case then why was I able to purchase them. So dissatisfied. I hope someone sees this. But unfortunately my one oppinion doesn't make a difference. So one star is all I can give because I used to like this companies product.

Made separate purchases for Halloween themed lingerie on September 30 and October 3. Kept checking the shipping status, and both packages are still sitting waiting to ship as of October 11. I emailed Adore Me for assistance and told me to try back on October 15. WTF??? It's Halloween themed lingerie, as in I'd like to wear it for Halloween; not Thanksgiving. Avoid this place.

The quality is good. I only had one issue and it was quickly resolved. I would have given 5 stars but they have great sales but rarely had my size so I found myself just shopping for anything in my size and as members that pays a monthly fee I didn’t like settling. Don’t get me wrong they are very nice sets but just had low inventory in my size which is a 38 G.

Update #3: The last email did say to return and a replacement will be sent to me BUT that was before my 1st reply from you on trustpilot that said I no longer needed to do the hassle of a return and that a new set would be mailed to me. But each of your replies to me on here you just earse what you said prior. Earse your prior lies. At least I keep every reply out and open as updates. I have nothing to hide.
Also the credit on my account isn't from you crediting my account for good guesture like it seems in your reply. That credit is from me being aprt of your membership program where $39 was taken out of my account each month. That's literally my money that I have pre advanced paid you. In fact you can go ahead and refund that money to me at the very least because I dont want to do business with you again.

The original post I got a reply from Adore Me stating they looked into my account and will send me another item right away. After my last update they now edited their response stating they can not identify my account from this site. Soooooo they were originally LYING to me to try to cover themselves. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY DO NOT CARE TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT! They would rather lie to an already upset customer.
Adore Me: Listen to me loud and clear. I'm not going to reach out AGAIN emailing you about this issue. Just to get an unreasonable generic response. You have lied to me here on trust pilot as well. This was my order number 415554306. Do as you wish with it but trust me I am NOT removing my post on here, as I am sharing my honest personal experience im having with your company. I used to love Adore me until the last several months when yall keep dropping the ball on me.
Update: August 30th I got a reply here from Adore Me stating they will be sending me a replacement product "right away" today is Sept 12 and still haven't received anything, not even notification that something is even on its way. I guess they replied to make other think that they really care, in order to not lose business, but yet once again they dont deliver good service.
Used to like Adore Me was part of their membership and had over $240 worth of credits due to the membership to use after not shopping there for awhile. So I decided to place a large order. Week goes by and the order was cancelled by itself. Reached customer Service and they said it was a technical issue. So I tried again, same thing happened. They said the same thing. They have a limit of 21 items in a cart but this time customer service said try to place it in multiple orders. Which would annoy me paying shipping twice but I split it into 2 orders which reached free shipping on both so whatever. Finally this time it worked. However one baby doll comes with panties and the panty was missing and no tag on the babydoll which makes me think it was a return item they sent me (not something I'm comfortable with on intimate items.) I actually order the set in red and blue the blue came with both pieces and each piece had tags to take off. Red was missing the item and the one I did get had no tag. I contacted customer service and they just said sorry we will check with warehouse to make sure processes are in place and all they offered was $10 credit and said process an exchange. If they even bothered looking at my order they would see no changes or exchanges. So im unable to request online for one. It's not because I didn't like the item it's because its incomplete and possibly used. It's an error on their end and it's not what I paid for.
I dont know if they changed management or what but after I used all my credits im not shopping there again. They wont see another penny from me.

DO NOT purchase from here. I was subscribed to some recurring membership that costs $50 without my knowledge. It’s predatory and deceptive. I guarantee this is how they make most of their money. I bought literally one set from them in my life and I’ve paid more than I ever wanted to. I am livid, avoid this company

I love the bea sets. So pretty. I don't wear enough bras to warrant a subscription. I feel sexy when I wear them. They are well made. I appreciate all the little special touches.
The items are always nice and fits great. Returns are easy. And even customer service was great.

Though I received the last order on time, the note worthy observation is that you guys have issues following through with orders. So I made another order hoping the logistics were fixed, they are not. Upside, communication about delays have improved.

Loved all the pieces I selected. I just didn't like the tags placement on the bras, that have the adore tag. They rub and irritate by skin. I had to cut them off.
