my third order arrived today ! ordered a little of everything the candle set smells amazing used these for the past year and never had a problem

Really disappointed with the purchase. Has an initial scent but literally goes within 10 seconds. I Absolutely wasted my money after i was promised by an instagram influencer that these was worth every penny. Well i was definitely conned by that person payed to say these was worth it . Watch out guys.

I have purchased a couple of times from this company and never had an issue until now. I took advantage of a recent 50% off deal they were doing. I order in excess of 20 of the scents however every single one I have brunt has no scent atall. I put this down to the company being greedy and the fact that they are offering the 50% off thinks you are getting a lot better deal however its a complete waste of time. Originally someone repsonded to me on their Instagram page as thats the only form of contact they offer however since then they have ignored all of my messages, I will never buy from them again and strongly advise everyone to avoid them also!

Order came wrong, I ordered two different scented sizzlers and only received one.

Ordered these as I love having a lovely smelling house, im not sure if they are safe around pets,.. as I lit the 1 million scent my frenchie went strange and lost the ability to jump on the couch within 5 minutes of the smell being in my living room , this happened with a Yankee candle once aswell so I assume it's the same with these 🙁 anyone else experience this ? Not the fault of the sizzlers just people need to be aware

I have to give 5 stars quick delivery and the scent that comes off my sizzlers is amazing I can smell it throughout my house. Had a small issue received something in error contacted them very quick response and was sorted with no issues. Will definitely buy from here again will try the wax melts next time.

Absolutely love these crystals, the scents are amazing and you can smell them throughout the entire house. Admittedly it only lasts a day or too before you have to top up but we’ll worth it for the strong scents and best of all, no messy wax. I’ve ordered numerous times and they’ve always arrived within a few days. Would highly recommend. I use them in an electric burner as I’ve heard the scents aren’t as good using a tea light burner.

Really disappointed. I was so excited to try these, I love anything like this that makes your rooms smell nice. I waited ages for my scented sizzlers to come, I ordered them way before Mother’s Day as a gift and they didn’t show up on time, took around 3 weeks to arrive. And then when I lit my burner, the crystals were bright red and did smell nice but within a couple of minutes had lost their colour and their scent which is a real shame as on Sam Gowlands Instagram it always says they last for ages. Definitely won’t get again.

Received ours today, the delivery was very quick. Currently have baccarat rouge on as seen on Sam Gowlands Insta and they smell amazing. So so impressed! Can smell them upstairs in the house. Will be ordering again for sure. Finally have found a place that sells strong smelling scented sizzlers !

I Ordered the scent burners as a gift for Mother’s Day as previously ordered the sizzlers but the burner was out of stock. When delivered it was all scratched and discoloured and looked nothing like the pictures that were advertised. Have since emailed and not had any response. Won’t be ordering from there again!

I ordered some of the scented crystals, they didn’t smell very strong when burning like I thought they would, and they have left a black soot over all tiles and furniture where they was burning. I would avoid these at all cost and get wax melts which you can actually smell and don’t damage your furniture!!!

These sizzlers are awful, they don't even smell i put them in 2 separate candle burners and still couldn't smell nothing, and as for the fragrance spray well that was really poor quality, the products are not of quality from this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Please save your money and go buy wax melts you can smell. I have just received 3 packets that I purchased and not even close to what they are labelled as. Little scent in these crystals. Total rip off

Wax melts smell lovely and response time is brilliant. I had an email back with my question within 3 minutes. Very happy with the service I received.

If i could give 0 stars i would.
Scents are shocking no smell comes off them and customer service is shocking!!! Ignoring my messages.
Avoid
