Contacted customer service several times and got one reply saying to be patient and my order was On its way. I looked at tracking information a week later and it said my parcel had been delivered. Well I definitely did. Not receive it. I have sent three further emails to customer service telling them

i made an order at adorease on the 18th september 2025 which is 9days ago, confirmation of payment was made and received i was sent a tracking number which shows no update on the movement to my delivery location, i sent a query yesterday and the same tracking number that shows nothing was replied back to me

Disappointing Customer Service
The website states that you are entitled to one free exchange. Unfortunately, the blouse I ordered was too small, and the size I wanted to exchange it for was out of stock. I explained this situation to customer service, but was simply told that I still had to cover the return shipping costs because the desired size was unavailable.
Personally, I find this to be a serious lack of customer service. I had already paid for the original shipping and now I’m expected to pay for the return as well — even though the issue lies with their stock availability, which is entirely beyond my control.
No alternative solution or goodwill gesture was offered by the company either. Very disappointing. This will also be my last order with them.

Extremely poor customer service – still no refund after weeks
I returned my order (#309213) and it was delivered to Adoore’s warehouse in Sweden on May 16th.
It’s now been over two weeks and I haven’t received a refund, a confirmation of receipt, or any kind of update. I contacted customer service and was told it could take up to 15 days – that deadline has now passed and I’m still being completely ignored.
Returning something should be simple, not a fight. I will not be ordering from Adoore again.
UPDATE: After posting this review, Adoore reached out to me, apologized and processed my refund. I really appreciate that they took the time to follow up and solve the issue.
While the process took longer than expected, I’m glad it was resolved in the end. I hope their return handling becomes a bit more transparent in the future but I’m happy with how it was settled in the end.

My package was stuck in customs, but their customer service team was extremely helpful. Thanks to their support, I received it just in time for my trip.
I’m surprised by complaints about the return fee or shipping costs. For a small company, shipping is a major expense—especially when the same item is shipped back and forth, which directly affects margins. Complaining about this reflects a misunderstanding of how small businesses operate. This isn't Amazon, where economies of scale allow for lower costs.
That said, I now own six Adoore dresses, and I absolutely love them!

I have bought a dress online however I needed to change it to the smaller size. Since I wanted to try the smaller size first, I wanted to return it to the store so that I make sure to get the right size for me.
I emailed their customer service asking about the return instructions. However, their instructions on how to return was not clear, late replies with lacking information made me visit the store directly. I was told that I could buy a new one and return the other dress next day, which I did because I trusted their guidance.
When I returned the dress next day, they told me in the store that they can not accept return after two weeks of putting it on the “return system”. However, I was not told this information initially. Additionally, This information on the “2 week” policy was not written anywhere, including the confirmation email I received from them. I was told in the store that their online store is not the same as the physical store so I should take it with the customer service directly. I still have not received a reply after a week. They are misleading the customers with the information on returns and very disappointing that they are very late with their replies, which are not that helpful either. I never recommend this brand, and good luck for those who has an issue in returning.

Polyester dresses at high prices
The designs are cute and trendy, but all of their dresses are 100% polyester 😬 Also the sawing is not top notch quality. Crooked seams, buttons not reinforced etc.
The quality and materials read Shein! But at much higher prices. So save your money and buy something cheaper!

I bought the positano dress in white
I bought the positano dress in white. I wore it twice and then noticed small threads from the patterns was going up. I filled in the contact formular on the website as it is the only way to contact them. I havent heard from them and now i have a expensive dress that is ruined just after using it twice..
i apparently have to live with it as i dont get respond

Returns are not in reality possible as order number just comes up as wrong even though it is not. Seems scammy.
