Money was taken out my account today I didnt subscribe or go on the sight

I paid and press download and it didn't do anything . I try to stop payment and cannot . It is scam website . Don't waste your money .

Practically forced to buy the Pro version as the free version is totally useless. I purchased a once off subscription for 5 years and needed to reinstall the software back in my computer a few times due to hardware problems. Unfortunately, once you reach the 5 times mark it reaches the 5 device limit and can't get back to the Pro version. It should reach a 5 time device limit on a DIFFERENT device, ie, wasted my hard earned money. Customer service is unprofessional and disrespectful - never replied to any of my messages. Cancelled the subscription and won't look back. Waste of time and money. I feel this company have scammed me and it's a dodgy software.

I have been using using Adlock for years, I am using the App on this PC without any problems but it was for five machines and I can't get it to open on my I phone. So , I stupidly bought a five year contract for my iPhone but after downloading I could not get it to open, after many emails backward and forward, all on the 25thJuly, Adlock agreed a refund telling me it would take three days to get into my account, not the truth I'm afraid, it never arrived. Then on the 6th August they said they referred the problem to their tech guys. I would have expected the refund to be well and truly in my account. Nothing after that and no response to any of my emails. I would never have expected Adlock to be anything but an honorable business, obviously not.
I will not be renewing my current app. Very disappointed.
Adlock have advised me that a refund is on the way . Also, they have supplied me with a new license for one year, I am pleased . Well done them.

Junk. Cuts the internet connection randomly. Many big streaming and media websites detect it after a few hours.
Don't waste your $.

This thing is no better than what is built in to my browser and I spent $48 for it. All hype rip off.

Garbage. Does not work at all. Keeps asking for the license code that won't work.

I deleted your app and awaiting a refund.

If your FREE sample did not work on pop ups, what makes you think I want to pay for your services, services which may or may not delete pop ups?

Pretty terrible for such a price, I was looking for one for my mobile and decided to buy it for Desktop. Testing it across various websites it didn't block much. Ads still played/downloaded in the background and things like sponsored links on Google showed, banner ads showed alongside ads before videos on various tested websites such as Youtube, 18+ websites, some adblock test websites.

It scored 125 blocked vs 22 not - which is good
a free browser Adblocker only scored 98/49 which is a big jump.
On adblock-tester.com AdLOCK scored 65/100 however a free adblocker scored 86/100

For the price they ask you to pay, the blocking is terrible, might work okay for mobile but even then I found AdGuard blocking more than this despite being cheaper.
My recommendation is to avoid Adlock and instead either do as follows:
Free adblocker > AdGuard > Adlock.
Thankfully only paid $18 for lifetime via Stacksocial, but even at that it's still a con.

Adlock began to block sections of web pages that I needed access to. On 3 different sites, I could not enter any data. I have had to uninstall.

I've been using the app for about a year. The application for blocking ads and scripts is quite useful, although sometimes I have to turn off the application to run a video, e.g. on the tvp.info website. Recently, the ad filters are not updated somehow, I don't know why. Previously, I used Adguard, but I gave up because it is a Russian program and I will not support Russian aggression against Ukraine.

Had 1 month free trial, brilliant! Ordered for 1 year. Filled in all requested fields. Payment processed, accepted, authorised by bank.
Received e.mail from PayPro Global, in brief, asking for a billing address, name of card issuing bank and type of card. Replied that as payment already authorised and in their account. I would not send any further details regarding my bank account. Reply, (brief) details required. Again refused, requested refund. Reply, refund would take up to 10 business days. Company now has my money. Nothing but a scam!

AdLock blocks all of the YouTube video ads on my iOS.

When it was being used it made browsers too laggy and slow to be used. I deleted it and found remnants of it months later marked as "potentially unwanted programs" including .exe files I never downloaded and registery keys

For almost three (3) months, have been attempting to obtain either a solution (initially), suggestions (several attempts made), and finally no more emails at all.
Two phones, both up to date Samsung A50, fail with Gmail app and other Google services (saying off line etc) when used with WiFi via Nokia FastMile 5G gateway on Optus 5G. (Australia).
No issue with other apps. No issue if Adlock is turned off. OR if using mobile data from Optus.
TWO phones exhibit the identical problem.
No contact from Adlock at all now.
Very disappointed with their (non) service.

this app on andriod and windows is not the best. i would like my money back. i paid for one year.

I've been 'using' Adlock for 2 years now...and I can safely say I've had to disable it on more than one occasion because:
1: It never gets updated.
2: It steals focus from various fullscreen apps causing them to minimise to desktop at random times.
3: It actually doesn't a pretty terrible job at blocking ads compared to my ad blocking browser extension.

Maybe this is why the price is so low? because they know its garbage to make quick money off people who can't turn down a 'bargain'.

I've had several problems with this product, all related to the VPN it creates which prevents certain things like Andoid Auto from working. Their support is hopeless, I've now got a 4 month old support ticket that I chase every month. After an initial response I nolonger get any responses. Find another ad blocking solution.
