Very misleading!
Our physician did not refer us. I paid out of my own pocket to have this evaluation done. And then you sent the analysis to my son's doctor?? Doesn't seem right. The report should have come directly to myself.

ADHD GREAT ORGANIZATION! UNFAIR REVIEWS!
Hello, I do not understand all of these very nasty and vicious negative reviews concerning ADHD Online. These reviews do not accurately describe the organization I have been with for over two years. Are they Flawless, No but what company is. They do not deserve all of this criticism. I can tell you I would not have stayed with them all this time if they were anything remotely what you describe in your review. My assessment went well, very professional. I had been tested twice before and I genuinely have a very severe case of this horrible disorder. Maybe this is the issue. Could the Doctor have picked up that you really did not suffer from ADHD and you were upset. I do not know. I am just guessing. My experience has been great overall. I do get very frustrated when it takes a week to have a refill processed but I found out today that this has to do with the provider and not customer service. Customer service does their job in sending the request on to the provider but they have No control at all as to when the Doctor might send the prescription into the pharmacy. Once this was explained to me I felt so much better and a little foolish for not figuring this out for myself earlier. It makes sense. Economically this organization is a great value. They just went up this week to 169. I have been paying 99 dollars for a 3 month prescription. Not bad at all very cheap. 169 is still a great value compared to 275 per month from a local doctor in a near by city an hour away from my location. The only thing you must do is allot One whole week to have your free no payment month called in. Naturally these are not a high priority for a very busy doctor but they will get to it .No worries. I used to wear poor customer service out but now I understand what a complete waste of time that has been. It is not their fault. Just be patient and put yourself in the Doctors shoes and you will chill out. On the Whole I give them Five Stars! Thank You.

If you want to be scammed out of $179…
If you want to be scammed out of $179 bc you don’t want to pay the additional hidden fees of $200 and then $169/month, this company is right for you! Also based on what I’ve read, even if you do pay those extra fees you may not get your prescriptions anyway bc their service isn’t accepted at pharmacies! Fun times

I wouldn’t even give a single star for…
I wouldn’t even give a single star for this company if I didn’t have to. I paid $179 to take the assessment with ADHD online because my clinician who I have seen for years wanted the diagnosis on paper. I had been on medication for a few months after taking this assessment. My clinician and therapist concluded that ADD was the correct diagnosis but wanted formal testing. The clinician who never called, saw my face, etc misdiagnosed me with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Depression. These diagnosis was previously presented when I was younger which my psychiatrist and therapist believe is a misdiagnosis and I was left untreated for ADD for 21 years because of misdiagnosis. When discussing putting in an addendum, the provider had biased judgement and was not pleased that I questioned her diagnosis. I offered to have my local clinicians who as I stated I have seen for years to provide written documentation to support the ADD diagnosis. The provider did not listen and the customer service agents lacked empathy and were not willing to listen. When posting my honest review on their Facebook site, they concluded to make it so I was not able to post and also blocked my number from being able to call. I did call from a separate phone number and was able to get through. The gross negligence that occurred is pretty outstanding. The site also refused to give a refund for poor services. I do not recommend using them and have informed them I will be reporting their agency as well as their clinician to the appropriate boards. This process has taken money out of my pocket and hindered me from getting assistance through my school.

Fake company committing fraud by…
Fake company committing fraud by claiming to be partners with RX GOLD. they are not affiliated with RX GOLD and RX gold said they are committing fraud and it's a scam. They said the cost was $169 for assessment and followup was paid later. after paying the $169 where you are promised medication or treatment they ask for money again for the treatment. I was called by RX golds legal team and they told me this was a phishing scam and they have no affiliation with this company. They opened up a legal investigation today for them using RX golds name.

What I wish I would have known before…
What I wish I would have known before paying to take the assessment:
-The assessment is geared toward individuals who had a mainstream upbringing.
(I was homeschooled for the majority of my upbringing, so the historical questions regarding how I performed in school, what my teachers said about me, and what school was like didn't fully apply.)
-It appears there is heavy emphasis placed on what life was like for the patient before the age of 12, rather than what they are experiencing now.
(Maybe this is common for ADHD assessment, I don't know, but I don't remember a lot of my life before 12 and hadn't been diagnosed as a child. What I know is what I need help with now, and don't believe this company will be my bridge to that help.)
-There were seemingly no considerations for postpartum effects on mental health. No questions about pregnancy, miscarriages, or PPD.
My takeaways:
What was CLEAR:
-The fees were clearly communicated. I understood the charge was for the assessment only and that any subsequent appointments would incur additional fees.
What was FAST:
-My assessment was reviewed within 24 hours.
What was DISAPPOINTING:
-It seems as if I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD as a child, then I don't have it now. (I disagree, and will seek a second opinion. If had been diagnosed 30 years ago I wouldn't be here now, looking for help.)
-I get the impression that the reviewing Dr didn't spend much time reviewing my answers. They cited certain answers I provided on the assessment in their feedback while seemingly ignoring others.
Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend.
I have reached out to the company to request a refund and will update here regarding the outcome of that request.

Avoid this company at all costs, even if you're desperate for help
If you're seeking to amplify your stress and negatively impact your mental health, this establishment is the perfect choice. I paid $180 for an ADHD assessment, which turned out to be a regrettable investment. I spent considerable time completing a generic questionnaire, ensuring thoroughness as I openly discussed the challenges and significant impact ADHD has had on my daily life. Towards the end of the assessment, there were questions related to anxiety and depression. I made it clear that I have been medicated for these conditions and emphasized that my ADHD symptoms persist despite taking antidepressants and anxiety medication. However, it appears that the providers completely overlooked this crucial information. Instead, they provided a diagnosis stating that ADHD cannot be confirmed due to the need to rule out the possibility that my symptoms may be attributed to another mental disorder, considering my history with depression and anxiety. I am genuinely surprised by the lack of competence displayed in reviewing my assessment, especially after numerous repetitive email exchanges in which I have stated that I have already been treated for depression and anxiety and the symptoms remained. Furthermore, they refuse to provide a refund, despite their own terms and conditions, which state that doctors are obligated to consider the information provided as accurate and true. All you can expect is poor treatment, and feeling unheard and belittled. They will gaslight you and attempt to make you feel crazy for wanting a provider to invest time into reading the assessment YOU paid for, and finally, when you get poor service and they break their own terms and conditions, they will still refuse to issue a refund so you can invest into some real medical help.

Everything started out fine and was…
Everything started out fine and was good for the first two months. Earlier this week, I had my 3rd appointment, the doctor adjusted my medication as needed. Later, I was getting concerned that I hadn’t received any notifications from my pharmacy that I had prescriptions ready for pick up. I called the pharmacy, they said they didn’t have any orders for me, so I emailed “support” on ADHDonline. They said they see that the appointment doesn’t show as completed in their system and they reached out to my provider and that it could take up to 48 hours for a response… I email again after around 24 hours, and receive a response that says they followed up with my provider and that they’ll reach out when they hear back from my provider… this is just unacceptable. They had no problem taking my money for the appointment, but now I’m out of medication and that’s supposed to be acceptable??? Very lackluster customer service. Soooo very disappointing. This was so convenient for me as a busy mom who doesn’t have much time for in person doctor visits, but it seems like I should have just heeded the advice from other reviews.

Long Time Patient - Leaving Now!
I started using ADHD Online in 2020 and had a fabulous experience. A good doctor and responsive experience. However, since late 2022, the quality has plummeted. Doctors constantly changing and late to appointments. I am no longer able to get anyone on the phone. And the company is unresponsive to emails. Now the patient portal no longer works - no one will fix my issue. So I am struggling to get my script refilled. I believe the company is in financial crisis, as the sudden decrease in service demonstrates a company in trouble. So new customers/patients need to stay away.

I would give it a ZERO if it were…
I would give it a ZERO if it were possible. They charged $179 for an assessment that didn't include the appointment with the doctor. That would be $199 MORE. PLUS $169 for on-going medication management. None of this was clear when I paid the $179 for my ADHD assessment. In speaking with customer services, it took days, there isn't a phone number, and it was auto generated responses that they wouldn't refund my $179. HORRIBLE> STAY AWAY

Scam run by vile humans
Scam company full of evil people trying to scan people in need of healthcare. Zack is one of the most unprofessional and devious people I ever worked with in a business. Megab Mircile the “doctor” is a joke and is knowingly criminally complicit in a scam to fleece those seeking medical care. They will steal your money and refuse to do anything further. A truly vile company filled with despicable human beings.
Personally, I find those in the healthcare industry that use their positions in order to fleece people seeking healthcare out of money are the lowest class of people there are. These people should feel shamed of themselves and their families I’m sure ashamed of them (if they even know the criminal endeavor they are a part of).
I would encourage anyone who has used the service to report to the federal authorities them as a scam and report Megan Mercil to the medical board for license review and removal.

Paying for the assessment is required even if you already have an adhd diagnosis
I wanted to use this site to access adhd specific therapy. However when I started to go through the process, it required that I pay for their adhd assessment in order to receive treatment. I did pay for an adhd assessment back in 2020 from an actual licensed psychiatrist. That assessment cost me over $400. And I was formally diagnosed with adhd. Seeing as I already have a diagnosis, I tried reaching out to their support team to see if I could still utilize treatment on their site without paying for another adhd assessment. They were extremely unhelpful and just kept telling me I needed the assessment. That is total BS. If I can prove I already have a formal diagnosis there is no morally acceptable reason why they should require me to take another assessment. It's just a stupid cash cow preying on people who are trying to help themselves
