This company is a scam
This company is a scam, as everyone else says. They discharge you from the practice if you request a refund for services not rendered.
Do NOT schedule an appointment with Nicole Falcon. She makes false claims about what transpired during the appointment. She is rude, uncaring, and distracted during the call by her cat, which she attends to more than the patient. Not once did she attempt to remove her pet, but she continued to play with it while speaking and had to refocus herself multiple times.
This company is unscrupulous. Please read all the other commenters who have been taken. They refuse to refund any client in no uncertain terms. Their terms state that they will go after you and report you to the credit bureaus if you attempt to perform a chargeback. They will also charge additional fees if you do so. I wonder if this is even legal because I’ve never heard of any business doing this.
Once you file a complaint, they will discharge you from the practice. This is another excuse for them not to refund you. They have so many loopholes they can’t be anything other than a scam. They either don’t have enough providers, or they are so horrendous that they must include all these disclaimers.
The initial consultation wasn’t even completed in our case, as the provider abruptly excused herself. Even though we did not receive our due services, we are being denied a refund.
You also cannot reach your provider through the portal, but you must speak with agents who are not medical staff. If you receive a promise that a representative will call you back, you will not. No one will contact you. You will only receive curt replies to email requests; none of your messages are reviewed or responded to in the portal. However, they will all falsely reflect their statuses as “solved.”
Their responses to negative reviewers are boilerplate mush, after all their passive redirections and hand waving.
One more comment I need to make about Nicole Falcon is that I finally realize that, instead of being sincere in her assertion that our situation was complicated, she was saying that she didn’t know what she was doing. If you have more than one diagnosis, YOU WILL BE “COMPLICATED.” If you have a pulse, YOU WILL BE “COMPLICATED.”
This belies the fact that many people are many things at one time. This NURSE PRACTITIONER is OUT OF HER LEAGUE, as so many are.
People need help, but they have this poser working on staff in a fast-paced setting that demands making accurate assessments with abbreviated records and information. She has a medical director and/or other support staff that oversee her work and the daily operations, which is common in many clinical situations. But SHE is the one who needs the safety net of an office environment to dispense her medical judgment to get more practical experience…Not US, the client, who have been discharged due to her inexperience.
This company is a sad excuse for whatever they claim they are trying to do.
One more thing. Good luck finding a clinician who can accommodate your schedule.
P.S. She could've referred us to another staff member with more experience, but she refused to do that also. The only other provider serving our state is a doctor out of Chapel Hill, yet this was not considered for some reason.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not care about patients. They care about money. $169 for a 5 minute video call to prescribe medication. And then you ask for your rx to be filled and it takes weeks to get a response just to be told you need a new appointment which isn’t true. They should be shut down and I hope someone files a class action lawsuit.

I was always intimidated by therapists'…
I was always intimidated by therapists' offices and was afraid to face what might be an ADHD diagnosis because of the stigma. I fought the idea for years. When I finally did start seeking help, every single psychiatrist's office in my county had a wait of about 3 months, and at that point things were dire. I found ADHD Online, and it made a years-long struggle feel completely private and painless. I am doing better at work now, and found a treatment plan that works great for me. It was a huge relief, and I never could have done it without ADHD Online.

Helped me figure out if I had ADHD, and once they did, helped me to obtain treatment. When there was a shortage of meds, my doctor helped move heaven and earth to find a place that could fill my script

Great assessment
Detailed and well explained assessment that you can then either provide to your own PCP or continue in their care.
Affordable, Efficient, and Conscientious - Great Service
I found the experience to be thorough, efficient, and helpful. The price was much more affordable than if I had gone to a local place to be evaluated. And I felt like the psychiatrist I met with was very thorough and took her time going through all my symptoms before she rendered her decision. She really listened and I could tell she cared. It was a great experience. Plus - locally I was told the wait list was 1.5 years OR just that they were too busy and not accepting new people at all. Without this service, I wouldn't have received help in a timely manner. Which means I would have struggled more to get through my grad classes.
Great service and convenient.

Great experience
I had a great experience with the assessment and was able to get the proper treatment. I highly recommend giving this a try!

I never even got 1 prescription filled or sent in by your company. I got completely ripped off by this company and tell everyone to avoid you guys. I paid all the fees and paid to see a Dr then you sent my prescription to a Walmart that was out of meds, then didn't explain how I could get any. I spent 300 dollars and got 100% NOTHING

Easy, Efficient, & Informative
The assessment process was quick, thorough, and I could complete it at a time convenient for me. I received my results in less than 48 hours, and was able to share them with my primary care provider and start treatment.
What a wonderful service
What a wonderful service! While I cannot speak on their treatment services, it was amazing to find a place to get tested and diagnosed without waiting 10 months to a year or longer. Or being told you’re “too old”. The whole process took about a day and they sent my results to my provider so I could work out a treatment plan with her.
The testing was very thorough
The testing was very thorough, and it was competitively priced.
