An informative , well paced and interactive course on Neuroscience and ADHD

Being a newly diagnosed older person with ADHD, I was expecting that Stimulants might be nirvana!
Not to be so, due to extreme sensitivity. I reluctantly thought education and coaching was worth a try and not having high expectations due to my past experiences about learning in general.
I have found these courses to be a life saver. it's not always easy, but the small groups , the safe sharing, the compassion, friendship and support that develops is so worthy of celebrating.
The teachers are very human, compassionate and are speaking from a lived experience with ADHD, which makes the teaching so much more credible and legitimate. For me finding a place of safety has been most important. I rarely feel safe in this world and i am slowing learning to trust and hopefully to find a little ease in my life.
I can't recommend this organization, Dr Judith and her team enough.

A lot of really interesting information which helped with understanding. Also explained in a way that was easy to understand

I booked an Introductory session to ARC, just 30 minutes before it was due to begin. I hadn't been certain of my availability in advance. However, booking was so simple and seamless. The session was very informative and it was interesting to hear from other people who had joined. Thank you.

Customer service was outstanding, kind and compassionate. An excellent experience.

This course was so user friendly and the information most useful. It felt like the perfect balance of learning while allowing me to be myself, which meant I learnt and remembered much more than i usually do, and most importantly didnt get bored!
