Fast, Efficient, and Kind
At first I was a bit hesitant on using ADHD Certify due to the price of the assessment, but within 5 minutes of payment which was a simple process itself, I already had a booking that suited the time I'd asked for perfectly.
During the assessment, my assessor, Mr. Thomas Forrest, was very clear with what was expected of me and extremely patient if I hadn't fully grasped the intent of the questions being asked. He made sure that I didn't feel pressured during the whole process, and was very understanding of the issues I was facing. He always explained the reasoning for the questions I was being asked, which I appreciated.
The experience was overall extremely refreshing to go through, and any anxiety or apprehension I originally held was quickly removed. I highly recommend ADHD Certify to anyone that is looking to have themselves assessed.

Hayley was an excellent assessor
Hayley was an excellent assessor. I found her very easy to talk to. I found it quite challenging to read my report and process the fact I am ADHD and this has been missed my whole life. Hayley has finally recognised my struggles for what they are and I feel validated and able to seek a path forward.
The whole experience with ADHD certify has been positive and I would happily recommend them.

I was made to feel comfortable and safe in the assessment. I felt validated in my experiences and the ongoing struggle I have endured most of my life. Kerry, my assessor, was professional and friendly, giving me the best chance to describe my experiences and understand better where my ADHD has effected my entire life. I plan to try the medication route and appreciate the open, honest pricing details and what the process will be. I received my outcome letter, employment adjustments letter and resource information around ten days after the assessment. After going through a different private provider for my son, and the problems we had with contact etc. I can confirm that this has been a much better experience and I feel supported to go forward with my options. Thank you so much.

Professional, kind and compassionate
I felt that Annishah remembered/documented last appt very well. There were a couple of things that Annisha and I viewed differently but she listened and didn’t push me to agree which is very important to me. Annishah comes across as very kind and compassionate and it was easy to be honest with her without fear of being judged. Medication changes were very clearly communicated and questions answered.
