AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Supplied a coffee maker that stopped working within a month. As they refuse to offer a telephone line and the chat line doesn't work (I waited 26 mins for someone to join before I gave up) the only contact is by email. This proved an absolute waste of time as all that was asked for was proof of the problem in photographic form. They even asked me to get an electrical engineers report (at my own cost) and supply it to them on headed notepaper.
This was an excellent ploy on their part because as soon as the seal is broken for the engineer to remove the backplate the warranty is invalidated!
As a charity I have to account for every penny so this has to go down as £200+ down the drain.

Sent us faulty broken products and are…

Sent us faulty broken products and are refusing to give us a full refund. They said we can get a 80% refund and then also have to pay for shipping and a restacking fee of 25%.
Have been fighting for now a month trying to get an outcome. The director of Adexa is also ignoring my emails.

Avoid this company!

The cabinet I ordered arrived with a huge dent in it. Adexa stubbornly refuse to replace or refund the item. The only compromise they offered was a good will gesture of £15.
The cabinet is unusable. Avoid this company.

If I could give zero stars i would

If I could give zero stars i would. Ordered a griddle, it was not the same as advertised, was told I should read the t/c and that as a personal customer and not a business I basically have no right to return unless I paid for the return. They said items can be different and it is up to us to unpack and check before accepting i, the griddle was completely different, not just a shade.There is no way a heavy bulky item can be unpacked at the door ,I couldn't even lift it, no delivery man is going to hang about for that. Will be seeing advice as this just isnt good enough, Avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely hopeless

Absolutely hopeless.
I ordered two simple shelving units and only one turned up. It took a dozen emails and 4 weeks to get them to deliver the second unit - there is no way to contact them by phone.
The excuse was that they were investigating the issue. There was nothing to investigate - I ordered and paid for two units and they only delivered one.
I’d suggest you shop somewhere else.

The worst company I have dealt with...

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with! I've used Adexa a few times previously, and whilst the quality of the products are adequate at best, you probably get what you pay for. However I recently bought a dishwasher for my small business. It did not heat up correctly and was faulty from the moment we started using it. Adexa kept advising it was a warranty issue, as it was a parts only warranty, I was to pay for an engineer to diagnose and fix the item - WHICH WAS FAULTY WHEN IT ARRIVED. Adexa would not budge on this and were a complete nightmare to deal with and not helpful in the slightest.

In the end I took it up with my bank who initiated a chargeback. In my opinion it's not worth dealing with this company, especially on more expensive items.

We received two industrial tables from…

We received two industrial tables from Adexa for our transport business. I have to commend them on their fast delivery and excellent communication. We had a small hiccup and it was swiftly resolved in a professional and transparent manner. I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend! Thank you, Adexa and well done.

Absolutely terrible products

Absolutely terrible products, everything breaks within warranty and the company are a nightmare to deal with. Cheap Chinese rubbish reflected in the price. Buy cheap buy twice springs to mind
