Great products and extremly good value for money. And delivery was as promised.

I've used Adexa on and off for a very long time. Unfortunately I recently decided to order a large stainless steel prep table from their B Grade section. I figured a few dents and scratches wouldn't matter due to the nature of the item. Sadly when it was delivered and I finally unboxed it (I had to carry the 2meter box up to my unit up a flight of stairs - i'm only 5'4"). I discovered that one of the main support struts was missing along with all the fixings to put it together. I have contacted them several times and i've been met with a wall of essentially it's tough luck you know what you ordered. I did as I said order a B Grade item but in the description it says it's have been tested
'Our B Grade items are products that have never been used, but may have some damage to them. They have passed all the quality tests and are in full working condition. No returns are accepted on our B Grade items'. They are refusing to send replacement parts or offer a refund. I run a small business and margins are incredibly tight, I can't afford to lose £118 for what is now a lump of useless stainless steel I'm tripping over and unable to construct.
Customer service has been abrupt and very un helpful. I would avoid purchasing any of their B Grade items and I now don't trust them as a company. Scammed me out of money to buy their cast off trash.

Scam company. They send wrong items then refuse to replace or refund. Avoid.

The delivery was exactly as you said and on time , the food slicer was exactly as per the images and description online .

Ordered 4 alloy dough pans great price and speedy delivery however the order was very poorly wrapped in just a bag that gone ripped open and the pans were damaged. Thankfully Damage was minor and I easy repaired myself.

Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered something and then they bring me something similar without informing me the other item was not in stock. After sales is a complete waste of time. Still not been resolved.

Product ordered arrived quickly. Well boxed. Instructions told me to use only certain pots and pans, luckily I had some.
This product is excellent. It’s amazing how it heats up so quickly and efficiently. It’s bigger than I expected but it’s great.
My 92 yr Dementia suffering mother is very wary of it at mo, as it’s replacing a broken 2 ring electric rings that was rubbish.

Great selection of racking systems in all prices and uses.
The ones I chose were great value for money and perfectly adequate for the job.
They have a double tongue and slot system which was extremely fiddly to put together and needed to be screwed to the wall before they were firm enough to use. Plenty of patience required!
Easy ordering and three day delivery!

Once again I have received an excellent product at a very good price delivered super fast.

AVOID, this is a scam company with zero ethics and thought for the customer. They take your money, don’t send the product and when you cancel they keep 20% for nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
