No way

The company took a deposit for VAT. The car left the EU in February. at the end of March they sent money to the wrong bank account, and now they are not returning the deposit at all under flimsy pretexts.
Now this company operates under the new name openlane.eu

I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this company.

The most untrusty action website I ever saw , I won more than 20 cars but never receive it even on target auction where the buyer must receive the car if the bid is equal or higher than the target price.I wrote them many times to but had no answer. They are not serious , the informations about the cars are not fine, will waste your time for nothing.

I had a bad experience with this…

I had a bad experience with this company. Paid too much for a car because I thought it is in very good conditon, from trusted seller (Avalon) and had an inspection report. It had only few pictures that were not very clear. The car arrived to me with a lot of issues that were not shown in the photos, description or technical report. Plus the car could not be started because it was delivered with a dead battery. I invested almost 2000 EUR to make it as it should, but it still not perfect, it still has issues difficult to fix.

After this experience, I don’t recommend buying cars without seeing and testing them first. Be careful, they will try to sell you car for a high price and not tell/show you the issues it has.

they trick you like regular nigerian scammers

they trick you to pay a lot of money for transport and for the car you thought you bought, and afte ryou pay the money, you cannot get any information from them!!!

I paid over 27000 euro for an Audi q5 and now they tell me they don't have any idea when they will deliver the car, becasue they don't have any truck for transport. Although 2 weeks ago they were urging me to pay the car as it is already on its way to me....

Car was advertised as flawless

Car was advertised as flawless. Purchased in March and arrived recently. The rear drive system is jammed, cost 5000 EUR to repair. The car is not drivable literally. Many other small damages too. ADESA refuses to cancel sale. It is a scam, be real carefull since fraud is usual with them, that is why they sell to dealers. Not the first purchase there but the last one for sure. ALL their cars suffer from serious hidden damages! They sell the WORST cars on the net and notoriously lie about that too. Calculate with that. I am taking legal action too.

Good experience, ordered one car paid 25.700 eur

Won auction 06.02.2023
Paid 25.700 eur on 08.02.2023 (24.400 + transport + tax)
On 13.02.2023 Order via their transport
On 13.02.2023 Received the online copy after the identity information of the car
On 22.02.2023 Added to the trailer
On 01.03.2023 Received the car
Initial delivery term was: 20 Feb- 08 Mar.

The care is 1:1 on what it was on the website. I also received all the accessories with it.

It has normal usage and maintenance needed for a secondhand car.

The only issue is that I also paid 40E for a print of the invoice, but I didn't receive it. However, that isn't a reason not to give 5 stars at least from my perspective.

There Claims policy is ridiculous

There Claims policy is ridiculous. Basically they can mess up anything and the answer is always too bad. Our policy is we can screw you and you get to say thanks! After buying over 30 cars there I had enough. Buy elsewhere
