I haven't received my parcel
I haven't received my parcel. It says that DPD delivered it 07th of July and they attached photo, however I couldn't find my parcel by the door. I have contacted to your customer service, but I haven't received any updates. I am your regular customer and I am disappointed that you can't solve this issue.

I find it surprising that you can state with certainty that there was hair on the blades when I only tested the clipper briefly on a training mannequin head and the item was returned immediately afterwards.
More importantly, I was never provided with any photographs or evidence showing the condition you are referring to. Therefore, I have no way of verifying your claim.
My concern from the beginning has not been about changing my mind after using the product. My concern is that the clipper did not perform to the standard I expected from a professional machine. I contacted you promptly after testing it and attempted to resolve the matter in good faith.
While I respect your decision, I am disappointed that no effort was made to find a reasonable solution for a customer who returned the item shortly after purchase and raised concerns immediately.
I will leave it to other customers to make their own judgement based on the service and support I received.
