I have not received my order
I have not received my order, bought the BaByliss Pro Gold Skeleton Trimmer was supposed to be a “next day delivery” but was never delivered. Sent them an email, no reply! called the number several times, no answer!
Edit: I have now finally received my order, it just did not arrive the next day. I will test it out and see if it works properly

Absolutely great service, bought my other half some clippers for Xmas as hers had broke, was shipped out without issue very promptly. Had to return them as missus went out and bought a new set before I'd given her these, emailed to say I needed to return them, was emailed back to say no problem, then an email once they were received to say refund is being processed, the exact speedy great communication no hassle customer experience you don't get very often elsewhere thanks
