It seems it was a botch job.had my gutter done 2 years ago with issues that were dealt with at the time,but now i have a leaking roof!!! Had a roofer go up and have a look,turns out its a brilliant botch job.About to try and get something done about it but reading reviews,dont hold out much hope. Should have known with the way they worked and left my property,scratched the pvc window sills,absolute cowboys!!!! Calander wouldn't let me go back 2 years

We had our gutters done two years ago and after about a year, we noticed that the join between the neighbours and ours was leaking quite badly. We asked them to come and have a look and they said they would send someone out. They never came. We contacted them again and again and they kept telling us that the gutters probably needed cleaning.
We just had a gutter cleaning company in and he said that the job they’d done looked good from underneath but above there were real problems. They took photos for us to show us that mastic was used instead of plastic covers for screws and the join between us and the neighbours had a big gap which we now have to try and get someone out to fix. Also this company has since been liquidated. Coincidental? I think not. An awful job which we clearly overpaid for. Cowboys.

Constant letters and text messages over the years about concrete gutters, I’ve rang them many times to ask to be removed from their data base, don’t ring them you will never get rid of them !!!

I had Adeft replace my gutters with an expensive figure for this. The job was completed and all well, however, the initial job had an issue with one of the buckets at the back, then the front gutters had an issue with leaking water! they fixed this very quick, 3 months down the line then another issue with the front gutters and a further leak which was dripping quite a lot. they fixed it again.. I am not 100% sure that there won't be another issue sometime soon.

The process was smooth and any queries handled in a professional way. Office staff and owner contactable when there were questions.

i am gob smacked with the amount you charged my son to do his gutters £4.500 talk about ripping people off 4 hours work 2 men i am disgusted taking advantage of a couple they had to borrow the money.not realising you were over charging ant taking them to the cleaners. i shall be contacting tradeing standards

Incredibly unprofessional sales people and very aggressive. We got a few quotes to have our gutters replaced and Adeft was one of the most expensive. We decided to go with a different company and were called by a salesperson from Adeft. I explained we were using another company because their quote was too expensive. They wanted to know what the other company quoted us, I told them and they then offered a price a few hundred quid below that. I don't trust any company that will take over £2k off of a price they've quoted you to get a sale. I told the sales person as much and then bid him a good day. I thought that would be the end of it, and if they were a professional company it would have been. However, it appears by the number of other people that have the same problem that this is not a very professional company at all. Rather, behaving like a petulant child instead with their incessant cold calling and posting promotional materials to me despite knowing that I've already used another company to complete our concrete gutter replacement.

100% Efficiently, worked exactly as timed. Had lots of neighbours asking for the company’s number as they were spot on and the quickest we have seen in the business!

Had my concrete guttering replaced in April this year. The salesperson was very enthusiastic and did go OTT on a few details, but glad to say the team at the Birmingham offices soon sorted out the issues he created and put them right promptly. The work was completed on time and rubbish collected the following day as agreed. Would definitely recommend and my guttering looks fantastic. Wasn't even going to go down this route but so glad I did after seeing the results.

Had adeft in to replace our concrete guttering for more modern guttering and i have to say adeft services have done an excellent job we are really pleased with the results. The workers that came round were very hard working and got the job done were very considerate of us very polite and absolutely efficient in everything they did. They just got on with the job. I cant say how happy we are with the excellent job they have done. We would recommend adeft to anybody having any kind of guttering work done you will not be dis-appointed they have done an excellent job

Thank you Harvey and Roxan and the guys that sorted out my mums gutters, going from concrete to upvc, Roxan kept me in the loop from start date to finish , contacted me when bags where being picked up and that all happened, the guys cleaned up behind them.Mum happy with the new gutters, great service

Continuously calling, told them I’ve already had the work done by another company. Still calling. All I say is do a check on companies house.

The whole process of having our guttering changed was far more stressful than need be. The dates for when work to start was continually being changed with little consideration to the home owners, so I would struggle to give 2 stars for that. The 2 workmen that did the job were very professional and polite and we are very pleased with the final results

Perfect from the start, excellent communication from the moment we signed up.
Concrete gutters were removed due to water ingress into our property.
The new facia, Soffit and gutters are perfect.
The lads who undertook the work are a credit to the company, polite and very punctual.
Would highly recommend. Even our neighbours are now getting theirs done.

Great service and clean up was fast and efficient, great product

I had to wait 7 days and to call Adeft few times for someone to collect the rubbish and I had to wait 11 days and again call few times for someone to come and dismantle the scaffold. I was not able to use my back yard for 3 weeks.
I am extremely disappointed. The customer service is 0 from my experience and the manager had no intention to help solving my issues.

My house looks like a new property. Adeft Services were so professional and so experienced, they know what they're doing and I'm so happy we went with them.

I have never been so riled by a company as Adeft. They pulled out all the stops in a pushy sales pitch full of tricks to make me believe I was in for a good deal (don't be surprised if they get their manager on speakerphone). I decided I didn't like their style, politely declined and have since - for the last 18 months - been contacted on multiple occasions. I have had several heated exchanges requesting to stop being contacted as I was not interested and yet I am still receiving messages. Never an apology, never been listened to. Shameless salespeople.

I wish this company would stop calling me and sending me rubbish by post. I have reported to TPS. If they were the last gutter company on earth I would not use them. I never deal with any one that makes illegal cold calls.
