The people working in the payroll…
The people working in the payroll department(Roselare) are unhelpful. I made the mistake of sending my sick leave to them, sending it to the company I've been working for. It's true, my mistake. They could have accepted the retroactive sick leave with good will, but that would have required them to send additional documentation to the CM. They lack empathy and a willingness to help others, simply because they don't want to do the extra work. I'll never use this company again because the very fact that someone can help but doesn't is laughable to me. Of course, they have every right to do so; they don't have to help me, but I guess that's their job, to encourage people to work with them... The ladies in the department who were cery professional and kind, everything was beautiful. In other departments, it seems they don't care anymore.
