Your shipping estimates are just a lie! For the second time - my order is delayed by days with no update other than "delayed". When bought, it said 3 days delivery, and we are now on day 5th without even an update. It is utterly annoying because it was a present as well. @Adidas - you can't do that, you can't say it is "3 days" and then repeatedly not deliver on this without so much as a "sorry". Never again. Nike here I come.

I ordered a pair of Ultraboosts with no discount and THEN.. found this thread on Trustpilot and was scared, because the rating is on the level of scammer shops.

The sneakers arrived in few days and unfortunately didn't fit, so I'm already started to worry after all the reviews. Tried to make a refund from website, but the order status "didn't arrived, refund is impossible"😅. Ok, asked them in their Whatsapp, they provided a QR code for DHL, yesterday they received sneakers and today a got money back! So the rating is unfair in my opinion, I liked their service and will buy again!

This is the worst customer service call I ever had. I sent my order back and after 3 weeks and it came again to my address even though they sent me an email confirming my return. The box was damaged. The customer service personnel didn't even apologize and wanted me to send the box back with the same QR code. After arguing for some time, she finally said she would send a new code.
She also refused to share with KLARNA that there are issues with my order.
I'm never going to order anything from Adidas
