Worst on line experience i have ever had, addidas sent me a pair of faulty trainers, i sent back the day i got them I was unable to order the same ones as I actioned returned. Yet after the return was done I could, maybe they were going to send me back the original ones, called up a few days later as I didn't know if & when they were going to turn up. I was told they were sent and to go to Royal Mail delivery options. I did but could make any amendments, called up another 7 days after as I have received no trainers or information on my order. Nothing has happened since my last call, so I got a refund, shockingly bad experience I will never use again ! I await my refund lets hope they can deliver that quicker.

My shoes broke in less than a month. Not happy.

I send my boys boots back way before Christmas as they was fulling apart so bad that he couldn't use them to finish his session which I paid £230 for in July 2021
So had to purchase a muck cheaper pair so he could play football. So I ask if addidas could please refund before Christmas so I could gift him a new pair for Christmas. All I get is email saying they are dealing with my refund..you have the boot you can see they are fulling apart..SO PLEASE JUST ISSUE THE REFUND

The worst experience: I ordered some items twice online four weeks ago, only to find out they were returned by royal mail. I called to complain, and they said there was a problem with the address. OK, I re-ordered the same item with one of the agents on the telephone line, guiding me, and this time, to be safe, we sent the order through to "click and collect" at my local post office. Guess what? After two weeks, the same thing happened. The order was returned by Parcelforce this time, and every time I call them, it's "We are sorry, we are sorry." They couldn't even help me when I needed it. A complete waste of my time.

Avoid this company - Addidas profits from Uyghur forced labour and genocide. Love their clothes so am so disappointed I can't buy from here anymore. Will never buy from here again - I'll stick to Reebook.

Bought addidas items from sports direct. Was advised by sports direct they needed to be returned to addidas. 5 weeks later addidas are saying sports direct need to refund, sports direct saying addidas! No response to emails

Ordered some addidas Disney frozen trainers for my little girl and I can’t believe how fast they arrived. Ordered them yesterday afternoon and they arrived this afternoon, I didn’t pay for next day or even delivery but they came the next day. The shoes feel exceptional quality and fit my little girls really well. She said they are really comfy and has been wearing them all afternoon without any complaints. Would defiantly buy from addidas directly again in the future.

I ordered some new running shoes and they arrived before the estimated time of arrival which is fantastic, great quality, and great service from a great brand.

I ordered several pairs of boots here and there were not any problems. No delays, clear payments.

I didn't even think about checking trust pilot for such a big international company. They are awful. I ordered items, paid and got email confirmation. 2 days later an email to say here's a partial refund the rest are sent!!! The audecitg. What's the point of spending ages to order items only to receive half?!!! Customer care rubbish not willing to send a similar product in paid price!!! Get your website working then so stocks shown are correct. Its a basic need on today's world. Seriously not coming back. I've gone elsewhere. Not happy as a working parent turning up tomorrow to teach p.e with unsuitable clothing!!! Avoid is my advice.

Dreadful considering the size of this company. I bought a pair of Supernova running shoes. Within 4 weeks, the strip on one of the shoes came off. Not a huge issue however they were £85. Customer service assisted accordingly. I was advised to get a second pair in the Black Friday event and receive further discount- wish I never bothered. Shoes arrived today to find they are incorrectly labelled and are not a uk size 8. I was able to compare as I still had the first pair- absolute joke with customer service in South Africa making up every excuse for why my shoes don’t fit. Buy Nike, avoid Addidas!

bought the kids superstar trainers from the addidas website, got the delivery quick, next day in fact, which was great service, on opening them, spotted a big stain on of the trainers, closer inspection looked like glue stains, not easily come off, and also noticed more on front end, phoned customer services, to see if there is any easy way of removing this stain without damaging the fabric, as needed these as a gift in next 2 days, no good resolution offered, and offered a exchange, which takes 7 to 10 days, so that was no good, as the gift was to be given within 2 days, then the offer was to give me 30% off voucher code to buy anything else of there website code valid for 60days, i thought this was reasonable, and i donated the faulty shoes to charity, when i went to the website again to buy something, the code was not accepted on what i chose, i thought maybe a code error, tried again, and same, so i rang customer service, only to be told, OH THE VOUCHER CODES ONLY WORK ON SOME PRODUCTS, i was not told this on the first call, and felt conned, and this time the person sounded like they didn't care and only spoke like a automated script he was reading, no good resolution came, and when asked to speak to manager, told i cannot, non available, and best he can do is forward a message to a manager who cant ring me, will only contact me via email up to 48 hours time, asked why cant they ring me, got told, manager don't have access to phone, WHAT???? nonsense is this i am hearing,i was disgusted with this persons attitude and no care at all, to my loss and what seemed like a con regarding the voucher code, i gave away the faulty trainers to charity already and left with a voucher code which cant be used on anything you want to buy, and have to wait to hear via email for further help, don't even know what that will be from them, maybe more waste of time, i am still to hear back from anyone, seems very poor customer service, and its not uk based customer service when you phone either, i would not recommend them, as they are good to take your money and fool you into thinking your getting a good deal, only to be conned and made to wait for further help, what that is , i have no idea. wont be buying from them anytime soon at all. unless they resolve this issue,
