SCAM! Do not buy it!

This is a scam. If you're lucky and/or smart, you're reading this BEFORE you order. I didn't.

Ordered a pair of wraparound shoes for £57.75 on 15 September 2017 and they emailed the order confirmation saying that they would let me know when they had dispatched. They never did and the shoes never arrived. Emails just bounce back.

I place an order #18919 on May 15, 2017..a pair of Furoshiki wrapping shoes and I never received them.
They never answered my e-mails... I learned my lesson, be aware!! don't trust this site.

ORDERED SHOES FOR ABOUT 6 MNDS AGO. NO SHOES ! TRIED TO SEND MAIL - NO ANSWER! THIEVES! STAY AWAY!!

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WISHED I HAD CHECKED COMPANY FIRST. I AM TELLING EVERYBODY ON FB ECT ABOUT THIS FIRM AND I RECCOMEND ALL OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

I have absolutely the same experience, like everyone here... A pair of shoes ordered (#24348) in May. Credit card charged. No tracking nr. No delivery. No response!
It's SCAM! I'm sorry I didn't check the company before ordering.

SCAM! Paid for shoes which never arrived. Contacted credit card company, initially they couldn't get through to Addict Gear, but eventually they did. They said Addict Gear said that they sent them, so they can't do anything! What the...?!?! Since when do you take an unknown company's word over your own customer's?! Very angry at both Addict Gear & my credit card company's response!

Paid for the product and never received anything. It's been more than 3 months already. Sent (tried to at least) several emails to the only communication found. None of them replied. They are criminals and should be treated as so.

Order was never received and company has not responded to requests for a tracking number, which they said was available upon request. I am sorry I didn't investigate this company before ordering. I now see that there have been multiple complaints against this "company". I was a fool to buy without checking first.

A scam, these are criminals and stole my $57,75 for a pair of shoes that never came... I see that I share this destiny with 99% of the others here (the 1% positive review must be from themselves..). AVOID this company!!!!

I am not sure why trust pilot is forcing me to give this company 1 star when they don't deserve even 1 star. This is tantamount to the Lottery Scam and every ponzi scheme design to suck the life blood out of Americans. My question is how can the Feds allow these criminals to just hold up the citizens and rob them so blatantly. I ordered some adjustable glasses in March 2017( order #11263) and was promise delivery in a week, I received and email that the product was shipped, Well somehow the delivery truck or plane have disappeared like Flight 7500. It is August, 10 or more emails later, no product and no response. Avoid this company like the plague.

very bad experience... I order 1 pair of shoes on 14th jun, 2017.. they confirmed my order vide order #25805 with order summary that day.. but not received my item till today.. i mail many times to them.. but no answer from them.. what to do.. its my luck that i not order more ..

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company back in June, got confirmation of order and then a shipping confirmation. I have not received the shoes and have sent numerous emails regarding the tracking number and Have never heard back from them I have contacted my bank and they have started an investiagation into this matter. these people are running a scam. I am contacting Consumer Affairs, the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
