Their underwear is high quality and fits well, especially for slim built guys. The swimderwear look cute on, and the cotton underwear are very comfortable.

I bought from Addicted Australia, and CS rep had been very helpful with issues arising from ordering.

I cannot speak of the Addicted.es, but can generally recommended.

Placed a massive order and the trouble is I like nearly all of the items 😂
The styling is great though some of the shorts are just a little too short for me.
They do say their sizes tend to be small, I need a size up on most items but the sizing is also very inconsistent, sone items in my usual size fit perfectly.
They are expensive, the pink pound brings higher prices unfortunately. But worth it for me cause after years of trying, I’ve finally found some shorts and swim shorts that don’t make my skinny legs look like pins.

Horrible! Item arrived 4 weeks after order despite paying for expedited shipping, but the product is junk. Not as represented on the ad, cheap fabric, iron in patches. I’m glad I didn’t have for Christmas gift. I would’ve died of embarrassment! Do not buy here!

Don't buy from this company. The sizing is wrong, and they won't fix the problem. Standard copy and paste responses to emails asking for help with no inclination to help. Having to resolve issues through PayPal. Stay away.

Item arrived and was wrong size. Made attempts to address issue with calls (nobody answers) and texts (canned response that somebody will get back to you but never does) and by calling number ok Facebook which is a non working number.

Buyer beware this is not a reputable company and if you have any issues their claim of easy returns is untrue.

Buyer beware! Tee shirts and sweatshirts are made of shiny, unbreathable, cheap, polyester fabric. Despite what their website says, theydo not allow returns and will not give you a refund!

Should've red reviews before I purchased from this website. Ordered 2 Under armour tops. Quality was appalling, size was wrong. Photos of tops on website looked great.
Was arrived was terrible.

Products are nice but maily tailored for the average mediterranean man. I am 1,90 meters, weight 102kg and even the biggest sizes were far too small.
Shipping cost for sending and return are also high, so that you loose some money when you return items.

Addicted's products are generally good, but beware of problems if you're outside the EU and want to return items for a refund. There's also a hefty £21 charge for UPS collection. In my case, Addicted failed to send the necessary commercial invoice in time for the pick-up and I had to use one that I had prepared, which, accurately and legally, stated what the returned items were and their value. The invoice that Addicted sent 8 hours too late bore no resemblance to the goods and the 1 euro value declared was laughable and probably illegal. I then received an email from Addicted saying that the UPS pick-up had never taken place. Add to that a lack of responses to email and you have the worst customer service imaginable.

Wonderful Customer Service. Very responsive, in so far as more or less immediate replies to emails, to sort out a return and a great step by step process for doing that. They can take care of everything for you; so the process is kept very simple (considering you are in theory exporting; now we are not part of the EU). Aside from that the products are very good. Bought a few swimming and regular shorts and they're cracking! Roll on the summer!
